A lovely property in a beautiful neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the high ceilings are just amazing. The AC worked well and the shower pressure isn’t wimpy. The perfect spot for a visit to New Orleans!

Shotgun was just as described, very clean, comfortable, in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Trolley is close by and comes by often. Host was easy to communicate with. I hadn’t rented a shotgun before so was a little surprised at the layout but we really liked it

This was a wonderful stay for me. The host greeted me at the door and had a parking place all staked out and labeled. It's clean, spacious and all around perfect.The owners invited me to their other house for a "Midsummer Mardi Gras Parade" that was small and at the end of Augusr but loads of fun. All in all, I had a terrific stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Such an ideal way to experience New Orleans with convenience, tranquility and comfort all together. Host was fantastic with their communication and accommodations.

Location was great. The place was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at and had all the necessities, something I’m not use to. A place I’d definitely stay at again.

The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the streetcar and within walking distance to restaurants and the streetcar.

Exactly what we expect from a VRBO. Clean, comfortable, abode at a reasonable price. They even reserved us a parking space (Big for New Orleans). Highly recommended.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed! Great location. We walked to Tulane every day and it was a lovely walk. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Clean, good amenities , convenient parking and close to the street car. Host communicated when property was available (earlier than check in time ) and reminded us to reach out if we needed anything. We did not need to reach out because we had everything we needed. The washer dryer was a nice bonus since I was coming from a work trip. Hope to stay here again.

Everything was great. Location, communication excellent. Couldn’t get any TVs to work. Maybe user error but none of us could lol Would recommend having laundry pods ;)

Charming, clean, and great location! We loved our stay here and the communication from the host was fantastic. Will definitely request to book again as we come back into town to visit our Tulane student.

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming New Orleans shotgun house! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and full of authentic New Orleans character, including beautiful antiques that made the space feel special and unique.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was wonderful after a day of exploring the city. The house had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an extra-large bathtub that was such a treat.Brad our host was fabulous—was so accommodating., warm, , responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. Can't say enough nice things about him. The location was also perfect for enjoying some amazing New Orleans food. One of our favorite finds nearby was Superior Seafood, especially their half-price oyster happy hour from 4:00–6:30 p.m.A beautiful, comfortable home with true New Orleans charm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely and in a great neighborhood for exploring uptown. Super clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.
