Great beach location

Listing was accurate, and property was just what we expected. Everything we needed for days at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

LOCATION IS GORGEOUS!

Can’t wait to come back! Had a great time, home is beautiful and comfortable. A hop skip and jump to the beach. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Wonderful stay in Del Mar. Great location and walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Spotless and had all the amenities needed for a family vacation.

Great, comfortable rental!

Beautiful property, so close to many interesting places to walk and to eat, but especially… the beach! Terrific! The house had everything we needed and we were so comfortable. Very satisfied with our trip, and would certainly book again!

We were in the area for a wedding. The house was great. Clean, updated, great amenities. Beds were comfortable. Safe neighborhood. Quiet area. Communication with management was very easy. No complaints. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location! Perfect beach getaway.

The High Tide was fantastic! SO close to the ocean, the infamous Del Mar dog beach, and right off the 101 within walking distance to both downtown Del Mar and Solana Beach (with all its awesome coffee shops, e-bike rentals, and farmer’s market). We came to San Diego to surf and the High Tide met our needs perfectly. The amazing (private) outdoor shower was soooo cool for our surfing crew — even those that didn’t surf tried it out because it’s so neat!! The upstairs shower is also lux — the push button start is just like being at an upscale boutique hotel. Everything in this house is brand new which is important to us —we’ve stayed in several rentals in Northern San Diego and this is our top choice for location, amenities, and features/finishes. Perfect for a weekend getaway or week-long stay. We are booking again for July! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Here’s a polished review that sounds warm, genuine, and enthusiastic:This was, without question, the perfect Del Mar rental. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk to the beach on a quiet, friendly street that felt peaceful and safe.The home was exceptionally well stocked with high-quality appliances, cookware, and everything we needed. It truly felt like a home rather than a typical vacation rental.One of our favorite features was the separate casita, which was perfect for our 13-year-old and gave everyone a little extra space. The backyard was another standout—super private, incredibly usable, and much larger than you typically find in Del Mar. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas, making it the perfect place to relax after the beach.We’ve stayed in the area before, and this is easily our favorite property. We absolutely plan to be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in Del Mar.

Great Location

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach made this location perfect for our getaway. Really appreciated the provided beach chairs etc. We would choose this property again.

Excellent property just 3 min from the beach

Over all a great property, everything in the house is very good quality and well designed. The only downside is a shared backyard. Location is perfect, just a few min away from the beach. Also bunch of beach equipment is provided such as a kids wagon, board, beach toys etc.

We are happy to hear Yevgeniy enjoyed their stay at the High Tide in Del Mar and was able to take advantage of the amenities and the home's close proximity to the beach. The home is split into two and can be booked as a 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home OR as two individual units. Occasionally, we have two different renters at the same time. As listed in our ad space, if both units are rented it is possible you will see your neighbor. You DO NOT SHARE any amenities with them such as the patio furniture or BBQ as there is a divider in between the backyard. It was a pleasure hosting Yevgeniy!

We are happy to hear Christine enjoyed her stay at the High Tide in Del Mar. This home is located right in Del Mar and is walking distance to dog beach! This home can also be rented along with the home next door to make it a five-bedroom. Perfect if you're traveling with a larger group!
