Wow! This property was exactly as listed! It was perfect!! We enjoyed our time there a lot! We loved the extra touches like the game table and puzzles. We also loved having beach gear to use! The host is amazing at communicating! I would definitely stay here again!!

I've stayed in MANY vacation rentals and Stephanie's place is one of the best. Well stocked, comfortable, great location and very kind hosts. Thanks again for having us!

Beautiful home with a very short walk to the beach. The home had everything my family needed for our stay. Having three bedrooms was very helpful and the backyard was nice and spacious. The kitchen was great for being able to prepare meals for the family. We loved being able to grab the beach items from the garage and walk right across the street to a nice beach with lifeguards. The host was very responsive when we had a question about how to use something in the house. Would stay there again in the future!

The house was as described and pictured. It’s fully stocked with tons of towels, sheets, beach supplies, etc. we felt very comfortable and relaxed while we were there.

Our host was great, very clearly communicating about check in procedures as well as local things to do/places to eat. House was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were perfect.

Great place to stay for a beach trip or a day trip to Legoland. The provided beach toys, chairs, towels, etc were fantastic. Communicating with the owner was extremely easy, she was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The entire experience renting and staying at this great house was a pleasure! Our host was amazing, and communicated with me to ensure we were totally satisfied. The house was great! Amazing location a block from the beach, and about 400 ft from a cute coffee shop! We spent the Thanksgiving holiday visiting family in the area and will definitely return in the future!

The location of the house to the beach is super convenient with an easy walk for small children.Although the house is on the smaller side it handles a small family well.The back yard is lovely with nice shade for little ones to play.The hostess was super responsive to any request made.We would definitely want to stay here again.

This was my first VRBO rental and Stephanie (our property manager) was amazing! The house photos were exactly as the house presented...clean, modern, comfortable space and beds--our stay was perfect. Stephanie was so patient with all of my questions and her response time was incredible. She was kind, personable and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house was a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hot tub was sparkling clean and such a treat after our long days. We even had a blast on the arcade machine. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, cups, etc. that we needed. The house directions were printed and clear with helpful pictures as reference. Our stay was perfect and we loved the house and the area. Highly recommend this property. If we visit the area again, I want to stay in the same house. LOVED IT!

Amazing house just a block from the beach in Del Mar. Great outdoor space and hottub. Home is clean, comfortable and appears newly remodeled. The owner is super helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back!

Good beach proximity

This home is cozy and a bit older but it is a very low traffic street and very close to the best beach entrance! We had a great time over Christmas and the host is very responsive and accessible if needed.

Total Heaven!

Classic beach house; recently renovated. All modern appliances; well stocked; great spa; nice neighborhood; lots of TVs! And our host Stephanie was always available and very accommodating. We hope to return soon!

Del Mar house

We had an AMAZING time. The property is beautiful, clean and was a very short walk to the beach. The backyard was so great. The communication was great- I really appreciate everything, Stephanie! Would LOVE to stay here again.

Home had everything. Very modern up to date interior. 2 blocks to nicest beach in San Diego county. Communication is clear and timely. Plenty of comfortable seating for adults to sit around and converse or have meals together.

The house is in a great neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. As much as we enjoyed the beach, however, we used and enjoyed the backyard even more. We were traveling with a 2 year old granddaughter, and the fenced backyard with artificial turf was PERFECT. She could run around and play and not get dirty. There is so much seating outside that it felt like a resort. We grilled several nights, and ate all of the dinners outside. It was lovely.The house inside isn't huge, but it's functional and very well appointed. I don't know if I'd stayed in a rental with so much cooking supplier, dishes, glasses etc. We also appreciated that it was well stocked with stuff like aluminum foil and saran wrap, etc. -- all that stuff you need a little bit of but don't want to buy a whole roll. Communication with Stephanie was A. Check in was easy. I would recommend Del Mar in general and her house in particular. It was super comfortable and relaxing.

Beach House in Del Mar

My family and a few friends had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Some excellent amenities include a hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining table, outdoor shower, and a garage full of beach toys. The owner was very attentive to our needs.
