North Carolina

Our stay was great. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The Neuse trail is right behind the apartment and we did do a trail walk. It was conveniently located to shops and stores. The area was very quiet. The apartment was clean and well supplied. And the property manager was always available. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Deb.

Serene Retreat

Clean, spacious, quiet, and convenient! Property exactly as advertised, with all the amenities needed for an easy, stress free stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how much space we had, and how quiet it was based on its location. Beds were outstandingly comfy! Host was responsive and accommodating.

Exploring the Neuse River Greenway

Super cute end unit townhouse perfect for couples. Spacious living room, kitchen, dining area. Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Kitchen above standard - nice appliances, ample dishes/cookware. Bathrooms standard. Small patio surrounded by woods - beautiful and peaceful. Conveniently located at a Neuse River Greenway trailhead and within walking distance of shopping area with grocery store, gas station, restaurants. Suited our needs perfectly for exploring the greenway on bikes and would recommend for others interested in exploring the greenway.

Clean and Quiet

We found ourselves in a position that we needed to extend our stay in the area and unfortunately the rental we were in was not available. Found this rental in the same neighborhood and just moving from the one side to the other made all the difference in the noise level from a major roadway. Place was spotless and beds very comfortable! Owner was very accommodating. There was no pitcher to make ice tea in , he placed an order and it was delivered first thing in the am. I would definitely book again at this location.

Beautiful Townhouse, Great Place to Relx in Raleigh!

I highly recommend this beautiful townhouse in Raleigh! Everything was perfect: quiet, clean, comfortable, great spce for our family of 3, excellent amenities, including access to a pool and private area out back to relax. Near walking trails. Host answered our questions promptly. Exceptional property!

Horrible. AVOID. Do not book this unit. WORST STAY EVER.

I have never been LESS comfortable in a short-term rental. There were so many issues - dirty (stained, hair, debris) linens, broken blinds, burnt out light bulbs and lighting fixtures that flickered horror-movie style. We only stayed the first night because it was too late for my daughter for me to drag her to a hotel, but literally pushed furniture in front of the doors and "slept" (read: laid awake waiting for morning) next to my taser. Even after asking for check out instructions we never got them, but when I went to run the dishwasher the place for the detergent was stuck and when I got it open it had what looked like a pod that had been stuck in there for months - shriveled and brown. Clearly, the dishes that were there were most likely not clean, to say nothing of the hair they were also covered in. They describe a fenced yard - it does NOT have a fenced yard. They say it is "on a river" - LOL. Being adjacent to a trail called "neuse river trail" does not warrant listing a property as being "on a river." They described a "fully stocked kitchen." I guess two dinner plates and two side plates counts? We could NOT have cooked dinner had the rest of our family (2 additional people) been with us. My favorite part was finding the mold both surrounding and covering the air vents, and the LITERAL HUGEST COCKROACH I HAVE EVER SEEN staring down from the one in my daughter's bathroom. I have never. I have no words. The host could not have cared less that we were upset.

Olumide was an excellent host. I only had one question during my stay and a response was received immediately. The unit is gorgeous, comfortable and very clean. It certainly exceeded expectations. If we are in the area again, we will certainly be staying at this unit once more. Thank you!

Perfect when traveling with elderly family

This home was perfect for our family of 3 (husband, 90 yo mom and me). Not only it it stylish, modern, clean and well decorated, mom was able to get around easily with her walker. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Even though we were near the subdivision entrance (and the pool), I felt age and enjoyed the serene environment. Bagel shop is walking distance. Food Lion supermarket is too, but it was already 85 degrees at 8am, hence I drove (LOL). Olumide was a very communicative host, quick to respond to any questions. We come to Raleigh often and this has been my favorite place to stay so far. Even my very picky mom loved the accommodations. This is defintely my go to moving forward. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Neuse River Trail Respite

Simple. Clean. Up-to-date. Spacious and laid-out well for a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It is also a corner unit not more than 50ft from a Neuse River Trailhead. Very relaxing! We plan to return!

Cute place and comfortable

We love to bbq and we really appreciated Olumide going above and beyond and purchasing a grill, the utensils and charcoal for us to use! The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated; we really enjoyed it. One thing I have learned is to ask if there is any construction etc going on in the area, because one of my family members was woke up early in the morning by loud pounding with roofs being replaced next to us. Fortunately the next day it rained and there wasn't any construction :0) All in all it was a good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Extended Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Raleigh. The traffic is comparable to Atlanta and DC. UGH… The condo was fit our needs but not sure we’d utilize this location again. A few items that I will call out but still at top rated clean place to stay. The massage chair in the living room that you need a credit card to use? The blinds on the sliding glass door were broken. Three of the four lights over the kitchen table were burned out. The two end table lamps in the master bedroom are ready to fall apart. The guest bathroom and shower missing handicap grap bars. AC is so loud it can wake you up at night. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The host was wonderful and the condo meet our needs just not someplace I’d go back to.

Great Vacation Rental

Everything was as advertised; clean, easy to find, lots of room. Only small issue was the beds, they could have been more comfortable. The odd thing was the massage chair. Great experience.

Cute NC Condo

Our family traveled to the area for a soccer tournament and this was the perfect location! The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Safe neighborhood and close to anything you may need. The trail behind the condo was a nice perk. The host was easy to get ahold of and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Apartment shopping

Visiting family

The condo was perfect for me and my 15 year old daughter. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and the walking trail. When I saw the size of the complex, I was afraid it would be very noisy. I was surprised at how peaceful it was. We will definitely return,

Convenient and very clean.

The property was very close to shopping and the Neuse trail. It was clean and nicely furnished. Would have been nice to have some coffee for the first morning though.
