ChargePoint Level-2 EV Charging Station set up to provide 48 Amp charging (guest pays for actual usage as tracked in the ChargePoint App). Located in a safe neighborhood great for walking. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Raleigh. Close to the Angus Barn, many restaurants, shopping, groceries and entertainment. Please message the host to confirm all pet needs.

Great Stay

We came to town for a wedding and had an amazing stay. The host was great at communicating beforehand and even met us at the property when we arrived to walk us through and show us everything. It was extremely clean!

Our favorite stay

I would like to start by saying that Eric went advice and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. The home was very clean and he did not leave out a thing to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Raleigh. We have rented much larger homes for a lot more money that did not come close to how satisfied we were with this home. We will certainly be staying here when we come to Raleigh!!

Best stay ever!

This was by far the cleanest, coziest, and most hospitable rental property I have ever stayed at. I wish we were in town for more than one night. Eric was wonderful to work with!

Amazing Property!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this was one of the best! Great condition, super clean, exceptionally well stocked, and as my wife said "super cute".

Family Wedding

Fantastic property! Amazingly well stocked. He went the extra mile and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. One of our family members left something at the house. He contacted us immediately and waited for her to return to retrieve the item. Would definitely book this home again when in the Raleigh area! Thank you for a great stay!

Home Away From Home

We had a fantastic time at this property! The house and the surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and more—towels, linens, cooking utensils, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home.Our four-legged companion had an amazing time, especially with the spacious backyard and porch. We enjoyed taking a few walks around the peaceful neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. It's quiet, with plenty of sidewalks, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll.The only downside was the road directly behind the house. It can get a bit busy and loud at times, but if you're used to living in a suburban or metro area, it likely won’t be much of a bother.Overall, if you're in the area, I highly recommend this house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Let this be your next house you book!

This house was amazing! My family enjoyed the house. Even our dog enjoyed the stay, once we let her in the backyard she did not want to come inside. Eric was very communicative our entire stay. We will booking this house for our next trip to Raleigh.

Great as always

This is a great rental, this location is centrally located and has worked well for our group of 3 adult men, we are traveling IT contractors who work in the RTP area frequently. Eric has been a great host. We will stay again for sure the next time we are working in the area.

Great Place, Great Host, Great Location.

Impressive rental and what a great host. Eric checked on us as soon as we checked in and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He even made suggestions for some local eats. Everything was clean and comfy; our stay could not have been better. We will definitely book again when we are in the RTP area for business. We had 3 adult men and this rental was exactly what we needed.

Perfect home-away-from-home for dog owners

This is a great house for those of us who travel with our dogs. The fenced back yard was big enough for our 2 dogs to run around, and the smaller 3rd bedroom was perfect for setting up 2 crates. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics you'd need for preparing a meal, plus raised dog bowls for our furry friends. The garage is also nice for loading and unloading in any weather. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Comfy Place in Raleigh Excellent Place and Owner

The location is center to everything in the area. The house is very comfy and pet friendly. The owner is very accommodating and is a pet lover so he goes the extra mile for your stay. The yard has a big privacy fence and a garage can fit full size SUV so you can bring your vehicle into the garage and unload direct into the home without having to take dogs out from vehicle or unload from driveway. Overall this place was a gem and owner was definitely an attentive host.
