Recommended place to stay

Great place to stay. Centrally located with stores and things to do near by. Quiet neighborhood. River walk very close by for easy walking. Would recommend North Carolina Art Museum walking paths

Perfect setup for small group

Location was perfect for our stay and what we needed it for. The shower pressure and water temp wasn’t great but everything else was exactly what we needed!

Great Location for a Short Trip

We were only in town for two nights for a soccer tournament and this rental had everything we needed for convenience. It was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect trip

Clean and convenient rental. Excellent communication from property manager. So much better than a hotel given the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with washer/dryer. Will definitely book again when are in the area for soccer!

Great Place to Relax

The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was right in the middle of everywhere we needed to go. Chris was a pleasure when setting up our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

For a town house, this home is spacious. There was no noise from neighboring units. It was very clean and provided a great stay for a couple of days of meetings in the area.

Fun trip at great location!

Our family had a great stay at this location! Location was close to everything, close to downtown and other towns we were visiting! The townhome was clean and as described, area was quiet and perfect for our family. Chris was great! Thank you so much!

Wonderful Stay and Great Location!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Raleigh. The location is excellent, close to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, and very calm neighborhood. I was visiting with my nephew looking at schools and there was a deli and pizza shop in walking distance as well. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfy, felt like home while in Raleigh. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful!

Loved this stay! We loved that this location was very close to the walking trails, which was extremely convenient. Everything we needed was close by and very accessible. The beds were very comfortable and we use the full kitchen, which was wonderful. So homey and quiet and we appreciated it all!

Great place to stay in Raleigh

Super convenient to Raleigh/540 and a short walk to the Neuse River Trail. We stayed in Spring 2023 for a wedding - wish we could have stayed longer! Chris was responsive and made sure all was comfy, cozy, and well-stocked.

Quaint, Clean, and Convenient

The place was adorable and had more amenities than we needed. The townhouse style allowed for us to park right outside the front door. It was also very cost effective for this family trip. Thanks for everything!

Comfy, easy stay

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable seating and beds. Plenty of furniture for lounging. Well appointed kitchen. Walked the trail 3x in 3 days since it’s so close. Walked to bagel deli shop as well for breakfast. Convenience store and Food Lion within a short walk also. Great stay!
