If you're coming to the lake and you want a home that checks all of the boxes this is the one for you! This amazing home we call 7th Heaven is located on the 7th Green in Old Kinderhook. The home is spacious, luxurious and in an amazing neighborhood. Whether you are coming for Summer, Spring, Winter or Fall, Old Kinderhook always has something special going on. It is the Lake's Four Season venue! Wonderful golf course. the award winning Trophy Room restaurant and lots of family fun activities. All a stone's throw from boating and all the high powered action and fun the Lake brings! What could be better!?

This home is 4 bedroom/4 baths and features modern touches that you want in a lake home. Wood floors, granite counter tops, open concept, 2 living spaces, poker table, foosball table, 2 screened in decks, a hot tub and a very spacious floor plan for your group!

The upper floor features a well equipped kitchen ready for you to prepare any meal easily with a large island with lots of seating around for dining and entertainment. A large living room and dining room space with a smart TV for chillaxin. 2 bedrooms are located on this floor. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and bedroom 2 has a king and an additional twin both with comfortable bedding and their own bathrooms with high end tile work. The first floor also features a big screened in porch. Relax with a drink in hand and watch the golfers out the back at the 7th hole or have a bite to eat after grilling. The large laundry room is also located on this level.

The second floor features a family room space with a second smart TV, comfortable seating for all and a small bar space with a fridge for drinks and snacks. This floor also has 2 spacious bedrooms similar to the floor above with their own high end bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and an additional twin. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen and 2 full beds! This floor has another big deck and features the hot tub for a soak to top off a long day of Lake fun.

We know you'll love 7th Heaven and you want to come back year after year while visiting the Ozarks.

You must be 25 or older to rent this home. If you are looking for a place to party this home is not for you. We don't accept bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Thanksgiving Day holiday

Very nice property! Fuse ball table was a huge hit with the kids! We enjoyed the hot tub too. Kitchen was well stocked!

Will be back!

Perfect for our group of 12. It was Uncles and Nephews Golf trip! We all loved it and said we would use this house again when we are back in the area. Some minor things I would like to see dealt with. My biggest pet peeve, burnt-out light bulbs and/or blinking light bulbs. If something needs repair, fix it! Great location for a golf trip!

Guys Golf Get Away

The house was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the 7th green from the back deck. We loved the easy access to the course, making it perfect for multiple rounds each day. The amenities were excellent: comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub, and plenty of parking. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing and fun trip. We’re already planning to return next year! Highly recommended for a great golf getaway.

Boys Golf Trip

Facilities were as advertised. Great view off of the tee box on Old Kinderhook #7. Hot tub is a great way to relax at the end of the day while you enjoy the scenery from the deck. Few minor maintenance items that need to be addressed, but nothing that deters from the experience. 5-stars!

Guys Golf Trip

This place was fantastic for 6 guys on a golf trip for 4 nights. Plenty of room and beds for everyone, enough bathrooms to spread out, comfortable furniture, a spacious kitchen, and clean all around. Being able to park in the garage was nice, the hot tub was a great bonus at the end of the day, and we put the card table to good use. Wonderful!

Golf Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The home was very nice and clean. The kitchen was fully loaded with anything you would ever need for cooking even spices, flour, sugar and etc. the only thing missing was a toaster. The view from the back deck was beautiful. We saw a lot of deer. The beds were comfortable but the downstairs was very cold. Jill was great to work with and answered all our calls and texts promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Had a good time

The house itself was very nice and our party of 11 had plenty of space and were comfortable. There were some items not working properly: water heater, tv downstairs did not work so there was just one tv in the house that worked, the fan in master bedroom did not work and several lights did not work. There was not starter dish soap or toilet paper. We got in late so the first morning was rough with 11 people, no toilet paper and no hot water, no Keurig like advertised. Maintenance did come the last day to fix the water heater but we didn't want to want to wait while he went into town to get the part and come back so we just dealt with it. I think the house is great it needs some up keep and maybe someone local to go in and walk the house for repairs.

Golfing weekend

The view is second to none if you’re a golf fanatic like myself. The house sits right on top of the 7th tee box. We spend the time we weren’t golfing betting on other groups that were playing. The house was immaculate and very well laid out for our group. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub is a great touch in the evenings.

Disappointing

When we arrived at 4:00 could not get access to the property as cleaner was still there.None of the outside areas were swept nor the furniture cleaned. The house is old and there were too many things wrong to list them all,coffee maker,ice maker,handle on door to upper deck to name a few.The house and the website are both in need of upgrades

Great place for families!

This is our third time staying at this property as we play ball at LOZ each summer. The property is great for families and has a separate bathroom for each bedroom to escape for privacy when needed. The porches are large and provide a place for everyone to spread out even with big groups.

Guys Golf Trip

The house has plenty of space to accomodate a large group. The beds are comfy and the outside seating has an amazing view of the 7th hole par 3. This is the second year my group stayed at the house and we hope to do it again next year.

Spacious

Great place overall. Spacious bedrooms with lots of beds and separate bathrooms connected to every bedroom which is huge. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. Fun putting green & hot tub on porch, foosball in garage-all great and worked really well for our large group. The “welcome/check in” email does not arrive until 2 days before arrival-we had to leave home a day early bc driving a long way so this only gave us 1 day notice of the little details. I messaged the property company asking if there were hairdryers and was told no, so a few of us had to haul ours, only to find 3 hairdryers already there. I asked if the coffee pot was drip style or K-cup and was told drip so we bought ground coffee to bring and got there to find the coffee maker does both. So it would have been nice if we got accurate info as had a lot to pack and were trying to be as efficient as possible. When we arrived the two large outdoor garbages were completely full and overflowing so animals kept getting into them & made a mess. It would be nice to have more blankets for sleeping as the beds come with one thin sheet and one very thin bedspread with only a couple extra blankets in the closet-not enough extra for even half of the beds. Would have liked to have more than 2 thin kitchen towels- they were wet fast and then we had nothing to use. Didn’t want to do a load of laundry for just two thin small towels. But again, nice place overall and nice layout for a large group.

Buddy's Golf Weekend

Overall, the house was pretty much what was advertised. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. We were hardly at the house as we were playing golf during the day, so it was basically somewhere to relax at night, shower and get ready for the next day of golf. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and had ample amenities. The key pad was a little hard to find and we thought maybe the code was for the garage or the lock box hanging on the door. Once we identified the key pad, everything worked great. The locks on all of the exterior doors could probably be updated as the doors did not close very well and the sliding door in the back wouldn't latch. Both screened in areas are looking tired and some of the screens were completely out. The location was great if you are playing Old Kinderhook as we could stop by at the house after hole number 6. Overall, for the price, the house was just what we needed for a bunch of 50+ year old guys.

Came down to golf for three days

We liked it we will be staying there in the future. We like the location. I’m sure it was an error but I see that my credit card got charged two times for this property

Perfect for large group!

We loved our stay here. We had 15 people and the house was plenty big. The kids loved the foosball table and corn hole games. Everything was clean and as described. And the ice skating rink was a surprise bonus! Thanks for a great time!
