We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the front door keypad, especially having difficulty accessing the home on your final night. We understand how inconvenient that must have been, and we’ll have our team inspect the keypad and determine whether it needs to be repaired or replaced. We’ll also look into the exterior lighting to ensure the front entrance is adequately illuminated. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the steep driveway. We understand how important it is for guests to have clear information about accessibility and property features before booking, and we’ll review how this is communicated in the listing. Regarding the bathroom layout, we’re sorry for any misunderstanding about the description of the shared bathroom.
