Great location

It was so convenient to the beach. The house was light bright and open and very comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

Best accommodations so close to beach

Wesley was responsive to text inquiries. Accommodations were awesome. Beach was so close which made runs to house easy for refills! House was clean with needed supplies. Plenty of towels, including beach towels.

Family weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach cottage! Just what we needed for a quick weekend beach getaway! The house is updated inside. The host was very easy to contact and very responsive to questions. The property is right across from a beach access. The linens were great! Much nicer than other houses we have stayed in. Wish we could stayed longer!

Our stay

I recently stayed at a house in North Topsail, NC, and while the location was beautiful and the house overall met our needs, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Firstly, the main bathroom's curtain rod wouldn’t stay up, making it impossible to use that shower. This was quite inconvenient, especially with a full house. Secondly, the sliding glass door sticks, which resulted in locking me outside one afternoon. It was a frustrating experience and could have been potentially dangerous. Additionally, the paint was peeling on the countertop in the kitchen, which detracted from the otherwise nice appearance of the space. Despite these problems, the rest of the house was in good condition and the beachfront location was fantastic. With a few repairs, this could be a great vacation spot.

Excellent place to stay!

The property worked perfect for us! We had a small wedding on the beach and the beach access across the street was perfect! We were able to prep all the reception foods with the view of the ocean! The family coming and coing enjoyed the beach and being able to park at the property. We enjoyed evenings under the house. House was just right for us! The neighboring renters were all super friendly too!

Beautiful house! Great location!

Met and exceeded expectations! Large airy kitchen and living room spaces - great for family gathering. Tastefully decorated and clean throughout. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms and lovely views. Easy access to beach. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Great Little Spot

This house is in a great location, right across the street from the beach with easy access and in a quiet cul de sac. The house was the perfect size for my family and my wife's parents. The amenities were spot-on and the furnishings quite comfortable. The whole setup met our needs very well. For those not used to beach weather the AC works great! The owner was extremely friendly and responded quickly to any queries about the property. Overall we had a great trip and this house was a big element of making that happen.

Cozy Cottage with an Ocean View!

This was our first time to North Topsail Beach and it could not have been more perfect! The cottage is very charming, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation! We brought our electric bikes and rode our bikes every day. We mostly rode through the local neighborhoods, but one day we ventured as far as Surf City! It was amazing! The dogs had a great time and the beach was quiet with plenty of space for them to run and swim. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Cozy Cottage! Thank you, Wesley!

Pretty much your own private beach

This older house is just across the road from the beach and there is nothing to obstruct the view of the ocean. The deck is in the shade in the afternoon which was great for relaxing . The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There is no icemaker or toaster however.. also subjectively, the mattress in the master was too soft for us.

Birthday getaway with family

Owner of property was very professional and accommodating. From booking to checking in/out everything went smoothly. Everything pictured is exactly as described. Beach literally steps away we had a great stay and enjoyed every minute.

Perfect location

The property was exactly as displayed in photos! The location was perfect being directly across the street from beach access. The property grounds could use a bit of attention but overall it exactly what we wanted!!

Loved our beach stay

We had an incredible time at the beach home. Literally walk few steps to beach and close to different restaurants. We especially loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The place was perfect and very clean. Wesley was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

I would book again.

Clean, ideal location for beach access, shore fishing and near great dining options. We traveled a long distance and were able to check in early when we found ourselves ahead of schedule. Only criticism I have is if you want to do your own cooking. You might struggle a bit with kitchen amenities. Overall a big thumbs up and I will consider booking again.

Great Vacation House

This was a perfect house for a long beach week-end! Exactly as pictured and promised! Extremely clean and well stocked with essentials. Very quiet area and close to the beach! We will definitely be back the next time we plan a trip to Topsail!

A slice of heaven

My partner and I were looking for a dog-friendly property to rent when visiting family locally, and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Wesley was the consummate host, and the property was immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked. Just steps from the beach, there’s no bad view. Ananda, the beagle, approves as well :)

Feels like home

I was stationed at Camp Lejeune North Carolina many years ago and fell in love the North Topsail Beach. Since then I've traveled to many other place but have always return to this beautiful area that I call home.
