Beth was super responsive and was available for any questions. The place is clean, very cute with coastal flair, local to everything and right on the beach!! We had a wonderful time!

Very quiet location and super convenient to just walk down the steps to the beach. Everything was clean and in order. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and two kids.(and 2 dogs!)

We had a blast! The house was beautiful and welcoming. Beth was very communicative and responded right away.The beach views were amazing. Being right on the beach was so convenient to be able to run back to the house if we needed to grab a drink, snacks, or take covering from the rain.We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent Stay and couldn't ask for a better experience. The host was wonderful to work with and quick with responses to any questions we might have. LOVED being right on the beach and the view was beautiful , We would gladly stayed there again in the future. This was our first trip to the beach with our grandbabies and their parents. Grateful to share this special time with our family and making memories. Thank you Beth! And God please continue to bless America.

Beth was a great host! She was very quick with communicating and was helpful with anything that we needed. The space provided was exactly what our family needed for a week away. The spaces were maximized with a traveler in mind — many shelves in the closet and bathroom, hooks throughout, a stocked kitchen, and many seats to enjoy the ocean view. Beth had all of the other little things — box fans, hangers, extra blankets and pillows, games, books/magazines, and even had a complimentary starter kit for the dishes, trash bag, and toilet paper. Waking up to the ocean, was truly remarkable. Our dog loved sitting on the top deck people watching and sniffing the salty air. It was how we spent our mornings. Thank you, Beth, for allowing our family (and pup) enjoy the beach. The house was beautiful and we are thankful!

Amazing experience overall. We book a rental at Top Sail every year for atleast two weeks during summer, and by far this was the best property we have lived in so far. Everyone from our kids to our parents had a great time.

Perfect Family getaway

We stayed here in the off season and practically had the whole beach to ourselves! It was clean 10/10, mostly private (shared walkway) 10/10, and the location is absolutely perfect and across the street from a pizza shop 10/10!!! The kitchen was also fully stocked and that was absolutely the best part! Perfect for the whole family thank you so much!!!
