What a fantastic condo!! We couldn’t have had a better vacation—excellent beach access and view, a great place to stay with every amenity anyone could ever want or need!! Thank you for being such a thoughtful host by providing all the information needed for an easy check-in and check-out process. Would love to return for another vacation!!

If I could give this more than a 10, I would! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck furniture was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The hosts were VERY responsive to our questions.

Beautiful views and space for everyone!

We loved the location of the condo! We had 7 family members (ages 5 to adult) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ocean and the view!!

Great location, very spacious, needs carpets cleaned

Sanibel condos are always great. Very spacious unit. The unit has all the kitchen necessities for a great family vacation. The only drawback was the carpets in all the bedrooms are significantly stained to the point of feeling dirty. If carpets were cleaned this would be a 5 star rental.

I made a list of things to make sure I included in the review so I didn’t miss anything while we were there. This stay was phenomenal. The condo was spacious and clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and they had a convenient closet with everything you could need for a beach or pool day. The condo is literally steps from the beach, the beds were comfy, and the AC was nice and cold. The bedrooms were a great size, and all had walk in closets, perfect if you are traveling with a baby. There was a pack n play, additional box fans, plenty of pillows and towels. There was a huge stack of beach towels as well. Truly a phenomenal host. Lastly, we allowed to check in early, which we drove through the night from Maryland, so it was very convenient to be let in early. The garage also was great, so your car didn’t get scorching hot sitting in the Florida sun. Convenient location as well, right by dunlawton bridge, so easy drive right into port Orange. Perfect perfect perfect. Couldnt ask for a better stay or a more accommodating, well prepared host.

Beautiful location

The Sanibel building is in an ideal location. It’s right at the end of the drivable beach. When you go down to the beach, you can go to either the drivable part or the non-drivable part very easily. The views from the balcony are great as well. This condo was clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable as well. The kitchen had any kitchenware we needed. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the garage as well. The owner was very easy to work with and was great at communicating with us. Overall we had a great week here! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view from this large condo. Extremely well stocked with everything you could want or need. Nice layout with 2 living areas and 3 large bedrooms. Would stay here again.
