Belfast offers a variety of convenient restaurants and an historic downtown filled with local shops and art galleries. Explore the Belfast Harbor Walk's path along the picturesque waterfront park, continue through Front Street’s working shipyard, enjoy the view from the footbridge across the harbor, or take the 2 mile rail trail along the river. Enjoy spectacular views from the art studio's floor-to-ceiling windows while working on a vacation art project or relaxing with summer reading. The writer’s nook provides space with a desk and printer to link your laptop to the home’s WiFi system or unwind with a murder mystery. Savor an ocean breeze on the back deck, relax on the Landing, or explore the Retreat’s private beach on Penobscot Bay.
