Amazing views out of every window! One of the tallest homes east of the Mississippi! Overlooks Beech Mountain ski resort. This one-of-a-kind home was built around the rock cliff that it sits on! The rock is incorporated into the lower two levels of the home. In the space: three master suites with full baths, private whirlpool tub with view, pool and foosball table, wet bar, sunroom, surround sound, and sauna. Optional Beech Mountain club membership with access to tennis, heated pool, gym, golf, and dining! Just added EV charger in garage!

Magical!!!

We had a fabulous time staying at this house. The views are spectacular. The beds were extremely comfortable. The communication with the owner was outstanding! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Family Trip Post Christmas

Tamara was a dream to work with and we had the most wonderful family time together. The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would ever need. In fact our family chose to stay home and enjoy everything the house had vs going out many days. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great Family Ski Trip

Ash Cliff will not disappoint. Little details are taken care of and the house is awesome! Having the added games, pool table, and foosball table was great when the weather got nasty.

Dreamy

Two families stayed in this beautiful home with 5 young children. The pictures do not do the open layout and excellent use of space justice. The views are incredible including views of the ski slopes, the location is perfect for access to all of the ski resorts and small towns in the area. Make sure you take the 3 minute walk up to the top of the mountain to sunset park and climb up to the platform as the sun sets. A magical snow trip for a group of South Floridians. Excellent host and perfect house!

Gorgeous, well equipped home!

This unique home was very comfortable and provided absolutely everything we needed. The views from the expansive back decks cannot be beat! The perfect home for a large group. It comfortably slept 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare big family meals. Of all the rental homes the 3 families on this trip have stayed in, this one was by far the most well equipped. The Host, Tamara, provided excellent instructions and communication so we knew exactly what to expect and what to do upon arrival and departure.

What a wonderful stay we had!! From the communication with Tamara Giles to the house itself.. everything was perfect!! By far one of our favorite rentals. We will for sure stay here again. We had adults along with kids with age range from (5-7). The kids loved the house just as much as the adults did.

Majestic Views

This house was immaculate, had everything we needed, the views and wildlife were incredible! We arrived to snow and it snowed during our stay. The deer were cool but seeing two 🐻 was awesome!! Tamara is an amazing host with super quick response times. We will be back, you can’t beat the location.

Brothers/wives getaway weekend

We always search for the best home we can find for a restful weekend and this home was definitely it. It’s listed as spectacular, and it certainly is. Although there are plenty of places to go and many restaurants available in this beautiful area, we chose to stay in. The kitchen is well appointed and we weren’t wanting for anything-the home is very comfortable and well stocked. Many spots to sit together or to split up between the different living areas(inside and out) for conversations, watching games, etc. The beds slept so well, I’d love to know what mattress brands they were! The home and views cannot be beat. Like another review said-just go ahead and book it! The only negative for some-it’s curvy, but well worth it for the gorgeous home and views. You’re on one of the best mountains ever so it’s going to be steep and curvy. Last-thank you Tamara, for everything. You are indeed an awesome host.

Amazing Property!

We had a fantastic time at Ash Cliff. The house was very comfortable, incredibly well stocked, clean and had unbelievable views! The owners were incredibly easy to work with and even let us stay an extra night due to a snow storm the night before we were supposed to leave. We will definitely be back! If you’re staying in the Beech Mtn area this house is perfect!

Top notch experience

Ash Cliff turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. It was the ideal location to enjoy the fall leaf color season with its spectacular views of the Beech Mountain community and the surrounding mountainscapes, combined with the clean, comfortable and well-maintained environs of the home itself. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, as well as additional touches to enhance the experience – bathrobes, a sauna, a Keurig in the master bedroom, comfortable lounge chairs in the master bedroom to appreciate the astounding view through the panorama windows, a wonderful sunroom to enjoy breakfast with that view. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped, and everything worked as intended. The bed and pillows in the master seemed new and were very restful. The furniture in both the main living room and downstairs den was comfy and ample. The bathrooms were roomy and sparkling, with one even having its own private balcony. The smart TVs worked perfectly and the wi-fi was flawless and speedy during our entire visit. The wife was even able to do some remote work without a hitch. And when she wasn’t working, the pool table provided a welcome diversion. And to top it off, communication with the owner was prompt, courteous and satisfying. Of course, there was little to complain about. In fact, when the opportunity arose, we jumped at the chance to add a day to our visit. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect refuge

AshCliff was everything we had hoped for. We came to town for a wedding and this home was a perfect refuge from the craziness of the weekend. Tamara was incredibly responsive! All questions were answered within minutes! Would love to come back again soon:)

A view to remember

The owner of the property keeps improving the property as she cares about the renters of her property and wants to make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible. The views are amazing and you truly feel like you are in the clouds. The house has every possible amenity to ensure wonderful stay.

Nicest VRBO house I’ve rented so far

High in the clouds

The views are amazing. The house is well maintained and is the ultimate mountain getaway. The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay and is both beautiful and cozy. There is no better place to stay for an incredible vacation.

So very beautiful with views for miles

What a perfect vacation we had in this super beautiful home and great location. The home was huge and all the beds are super comfortable. Tamara is lovely and made sure we had everything ready for our stay, we could not be more pleased. The home is equipped with smart tvs, pool table, games, puzzles, poker table,books and the list goes on and on so even if it rains you will not be bored. Thank you Tamara you done good!

Awesome mountain home! 5 stars! Kid friendly!

We had a great time! The house was amazing and the mountain views were unbelievable! Colton was extremely nice and very responsive! We had zero issues, home was very clean (just like the pictures)! Our party included two families with young children (the youngest is 5-months-old). Tons to do with the kids around the town and in the neighboring towns. Skiing, snow tubing, gem mining, mountain coaster, Grandfather Mountain site seeing,… just to name a few things that we enjoyed during our stay. We would highly recommend! 5 stars! Thanks, Colton!

We love to travel, but are a house divided when it comes to preferred destinations! Two prefer warm, relaxing vacations, while the other two like wilderness with adventure. We take turns planning the next getaway. We enjoy serving at church and in our community and our girls keep us busy with horse shows and cheer competitions!

We fell in love with Ash Cliff Manor, first as guests. We were looking for a mountain home with a nice view and nothing came close to what this home has to offer! We convinced the owner (a friend) that he needed to sell it to us!
