This property is exactly as advertised. So close it’s faster to walk to the beach than drive the golf cart. The outside shower and hose help minimize sand carried into vehicles or the house. Nice appliances, comfortable couches, great community amenities. The whole family had a great vacation!

The house’s location is perfect with easy access to the beach. The host provided everything we needed to have a relaxing getaway, including linens and a washer and dryer on site. They were also very communicative and patient with unexpected changes in our travel plans. It was truly a pleasure to work with the host, and my family can’t wait to return!

The host was always friendly, available and welcoming. The home was perfect - cozy, equipped with all the amenities, a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer. It was close to the beach and all the outdoor activities for the kids and the adults such as basketball, volley ball, swings etc.. Everyone at Ocean Lakes is friendly and welcoming - just a great place to stay for the entire family.

Excellent location. Communication with owner is always fantastic. Property was clean and convenient to both beach access as well as pool and splash zone. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I had a great time staying here, plenty of parking space, lots of amenities, super close to the beach. Would highly recommend renting as the family is great to rent from and had great communication. Thanks for a great time!

Great House

We loved this property, very close to the beach and very convenient to everything. House was very clean and was glad it came with the linens. Would definitely look into staying here again!!

Wonderful relaxing vacation

This was our first time at Ocean Lakes. We will be returning next year. This campground is amazing. Family oriented. The house was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach. Love this place.

Vacation may 2025

Theresa was a pleasure to speak with and very nice to deal with. She made sure you had everything you needed and made sure you enjoyed your stay. Her House is very nice and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend or stay here again.

Great Location and Very Clean

This house was just as you would expect from the pictures - very clean, close proximity to the beach, and easy process to check-in and check-out. Would certainly rent from the Budney's again as they made the process as smooth and easy as possible!

Great place to stay

The house was great! Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the outside deck where we could see a good view of the beach. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the games in the house. We will definitely stay here again if we go to the beach for vacation.

Wonderful

Our family's stay was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The house was clean, perfectly located near the beach with a beautiful view. Our kids, aged 13 and 5, absolutely loved it, and the owner was incredibly responsive to our needs throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway! We will be back!

Family Vacation

Spent time with family that came from all over the US and as far as the Netherlands. We used many sites. Our rental included us (Mom Mom & Pop Pop) and our daughter's family

Everything you need!

Excellent location and house is very well equipped. My family of 5 had a great time and enjoyed some drinks with our friends on the deck. Theresa was amazing to deal with and made for a very easy check-in and stay. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Great long weekend

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Theresa was very responsive to all of my questions before and throughout the visit. The house is in a good location in Ocean Lakes with an ocean view from the front porch and easy access to the beach.

The absolute best house!

The Budneys house was phenomenal! Communication was completely open and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Having coffee on the front porch with an ocean veiw was so peaceful. We definitely look forward to booking agian next year and years to come.

Great experience

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze. The view was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was available in one place. The property owners were so helpful even prior to our stay letting us know the activities that were available while we were there. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Summer vacation

Had such a wonderful vacation! The house is in a great location inside Ocean Lakes- very close to the beach. The house itself was clean and comforting. Theresa was an amazing host and was quick to respond when having any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend my friends and family to stay here. Home away from Home

So happy to see that you can park a truck under the house, easily. The walk to the beach is very short and all the rinse off amenities are great. My husband enjoyed sitting in the lower patio catching the breeze, I enjoyed the upper patio deck for sun and coffee. This is a very comfortable, very nice, home away from home at the beach.

Ocean Lakes 2022

We had an awesome vacation! Teresa was very organized and made the entire process of booking checking out etc very easy! The house I was very clean. The view of the ocean from the deck was beautiful! I ate breakfast and dinner every day on the deck! Wonderful experience!

Great House and Location

Rented for the Labor Day weekend with the kiddos. The location is really nice as it is just a few steps from the park and beach access and the water park is right around the corner (not even a 2 minute cart ride). Check in was smooth and communication from the owner was above and beyond and so helpful. The house was very clean and both the downstairs area and upstairs porch are great for the afternoon breeze off of the beach. Will definitely rent again! Highly recommend.
