Welcome to our Lake Life Luxurious 3 BR/2BA (1250sqft) condo on beautiful Lake Martin. Newly furnished with great views and DEDICATED BOAT SLIP RIGHT BEHIND THE CONDO. This condo is the perfect get-a-way to enjoy the lake , weddings, reunions, Auburn sporting events and graduations. North Lake Condo Club amenities including 2 pools, a playground, game room and boat launch and docks. Easy access to HWY 280 making it super convenient to Auburn, Birmingham. Montgomery and Atlanta. Welcome Home!!!

Second floor unit convenient to pools, playground and steps from water! Kids have tons of fun enjoying this "zero entry" access to the water, skipping rocks, turtle hunting, fishing, & kayaking in the cove. The unit sleeps 8 people, has fully equipped kitchen open to the living room for entertaining. Relax on the updated private balcony that overlooks the dedicated, deep water boat slip and lake. Lounge by the 2 pools or relax floating on the lake. Boat owners bring your boat! The site has deep water boat slip and a launch ramp. There is parking for your trailer at no additional fee.

Guest access
During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment, the playground and pool deck, & the grills.

Perfect for our game weekend. Easy access to 280 to reach Auburn, groceries, restaurants, etc. Exactly as advertised in the listing. Brian was very responsive. Absolutely no issues from Check in to check out.

Great property for a long weekend at Lake Martin! The unit was adequately provisioned for anything that we needed even down to a lighter for candles on my son’s birthday cake. Great view and the boat slip was a huge perk! Property is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Brian was an excellent host. We will definitely check for availability our next time visiting Lake Martin.

We had a great time on our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed here numerous times, always a great experience. Owner’s communication is excellent, easy to contact. Having the ability to dock our boat is a definite plus.

Short and Sweet Labor Day Weekend

3rd stay here! Well appointed, pretty much everything you need. Love it here! Dock is there for our boat. What else is there to need!

Great property!

We enjoyed our vacation so much! Brian was super helpful and his response time was super quick! The unit smelt amazing and was so clean when we arrived! Everything we needed was available. We will definitely be staying again!

We’ve stayed at this condo building before and we absolutely loved the place. Brian’s condo was exceptional. They were well stocked on everything, extremely communicative, clean, and a great place for our multigenerational family to enjoy the yearly lake vacation! 10/10 we will hopefully be returning again!

The property was extremely well kept. The location is perfectly located by a marina and has its own boat slip. We will be back!

Fishing

My family stayed for a weekend fishing tournament at Wind Creek. The property had a boat slip and is a short ride by water to Wind Creek. The property is very clean and is convenient to Alexander City and Dadeville.

Great Place

Our stay was amazing! I grew up in the area and the location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was nice and clean, as well as the condo grounds around it. The communication with the host was great! I received messages immediately. We hope to stay here again!

Fun Trip!

We took the family here for Spring Break 2022. The weather was chilly and windy, but that didn’t stop the kids from enjoying the pools and kayaking in the lake. The condo is very and clean and comfortable! Owner of the property is very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
