Recently updated condo in Alexander City and just off Highway 280. This is one of the best locations on the lake with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. This condo comes with a dedicated boat slip and is completely furnished and stocked for all your needs for a relaxing visit. Come enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. With a super comfy king bed, an amazing queen bed, and twin over full bunk beds, guests will have a comfortable stay. The property also features WiFi, washer and dryer, two pools, and this unit is located on the 3rd floor convenient to the elevators. If you are looking to rent a boat, River North Marina has you covered and is located across Highway 280 from the property. If you have your own boat, you can launch at the Alexander City Boat launch just a few minutes away, and then doc your boat in the dedicated boat slip. There is a new Publix shopping center 5 minutes from the condo with lots of shops and a Starbucks.

We had a great time at this unit at NLCC on Lake Martin. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had 3 generations staying here and we all loved it. Really took advantage of the balcony which had enough of a view to enjoy but stayed in the shade most of the time. Having a dedicated boat slip is very nice. The host was amazing at communicating and letting us know everything we needed for parking, launching the boat and the unit itself. The common area for the condo complex is nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and in a fantastic location. It was close to places like Publix and Walmart by land and Chuck’s Pizza and several of our favorite sandbars by boat. The owners communicated very well and responded quickly. We will definitely be back.

The property was conveniently located off Hwy 280. Beautifully decorated and clean! We had a blast with our family and look forward to staying in the unit again in the near future. Oh yeah, the pool was absolutely beautiful, and our grandson loved it.

Host was outstanding. Went above and beyond and found us a second boat slip. Location was perfect for water sports as well as heading up river to do some fishing. The complex could use a little TLC but the unit was updated and had everything we needed. Would certainly recommend staying here.
