North Lake Condo Club is located just off Highway 280 in Alexander City, Alabama. This condo is the perfect get-a-way to enjoy the lake, weddings, reunions, Auburn sporting events and graduations. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1250 sq ft condo is completely furnished with all of the conveniences of Home. Bring your boat or rent one from nearby River North Marina. This condo also has a year round boat slip. Come and relax and enjoy! We love it here and so will you!

NLCC IS A FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY. THE HOA RULES STATE IF AUTORITIES ARE CALLED TO QUELL A DISTURBANCE CAUSE BY RENTERS, THE OWNER OF RENTED CONDO WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A FINE OF UP TO $1000 PER OCCURRENCE. Everything was as described. Very convenient to 280 going to Alex City or Dadeville. Great place for a family weekend at the Lake.

Best stay on lake Martin

Wonderful stay with a super clean and decorated condo. Everyone was so nice and the boat slip parking was perfect and made it so easy. If you’re bringing a boat, definitely recommend you use to public launch 5 mins up the road. The boat launch is kinda small and it’s hard to park a trailer. But it’s a perfect spot regardless of that and the owners are outstanding and sweet!

We had a lovely three night stay over Labor Day weekend. The location worked well for our party as it was easy to get in and out of quickly off of 280. Access to the unit was super simple, unit was as advertised, and we took advantage of the pools for two full days. Even being a holiday weekend, there were only a few other families using the pools off and on. We appreciated having plenty of beach towels available to us to use in the unit and a washer/dryer. We had a boat slip to use, but we did not have a boat. The only thing we didn’t think to pack was bath soap, but we picked some up after we arrived. Others may want to learn from our mistake.

Everything was very nice. Good communication from owner and quick to respond. Easy check-in and check-out. Decorating and furnishings are modern and updated. Sounds odd, but I chose this property over others because of the extra living room chair (besides a couch) for my 80 year old mother traveling with us so she could sit and read in a comfy chair that was easy to get in and out of; and the large comfy couch for the teenagers and young adults. There's no kitchen table to play cards around (something we enjoy on vacation), but my son who lives in the area brought a card table and lawn chairs to use along with the couch as chairs. Worked great for us. We had a fabulous time as a family and would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend on Lake Martin

Great relaxation.

Condo was just as advertised. Beds comfortable and, Holly, our host, was immediately available to remedy an elevator issue. A very relaxing few days. Just what we needed.

Great Condo at Lake Martin

We had a great stay at this condo located across the highway from River North Marina - which was super convenient for our boat rental. Bedrooms were awesome, kitchen had everything we needed, watched football, and walked around the area. We had a super time!

Family reunion/military honors funeral

Place was very nice. Master bathroom light appeared to have a short as it flickered when on for more than five minutes. But other than that, very nice property to spend with family prior to attending a military honors funeral.

Perfect weekend getaway

Thank you for sharing your lake condo with us. We had a great time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located and close to local restaurants, Wind Creek State Park and River North Marina. We highly recommend trying the Homeplate Cafe in Dadeville for breakfast, and grilling out while watching the sunset at Wind Creek State Park. We can’t wait to visit again.

Auburn Football Weekend

Great location with a lovely lake view. We saw multiple deer on the property and enjoyed coffee on the patio with the hummingbirds. It is an easy 45 minute drive into Auburn for football. Downtown Alexander City is a hidden gem. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Cindy is a gracious host.

Floors needed cleaning

Within 5 minutes of arrival and crawling around, my 13 month old had black hands and knees. The cleaning crew lacked a detail mentality. Also when attempting to open the window blinds, it popped out of the bracket and hit me on the head. The bracket was obviously not snapped shut after the blind had been removed an replaced . Nice place otherwise.

Perfect stay!

Such a wonderful long weekend! Everything that we needed was there, condo was clean and perfect, pool was clean and beautiful! Owners could not have been anymore wonderful to work with! I highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Great location for the event Liked that if had 3 bedrooms without bunk beds!!!!

Was renting 2 properties to be together and was confusion over address Resulting in properties being 30 minutes apart. This one was the better location
