Condo was beautiful as was the view of eagle beach.

Condo was beautiful as was the view of Eagle beach. It was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time on the balcony or simply walking right across the street to Eagle beach. Beach chairs at the condo or you can rent an umbrella and lounge chairs for 50 on the beach. Edward was great with communication. Would recommend for folks looking for a quieter experience than the high rise area.

Great View! Clean!

Edward was amazing, accommodating, and quick to respond to our questions and requests. His condo is modern, beautiful, clean and spacious! The pool was refreshing and the beach is just a short walk across the street! Highly recommended to anyone looking for condo. A car is necessary if you have mobility restrictions!

Beautiful property in a quiet area.

If you are looking for a very clean and quiet location this is for you. It was steps to walk out the door to beautiful eagle beach. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make breakfast and heat our leftovers. We went out to dinner every night. The view was beautiful and it was a nice sized patio. We sat out there to take in the views every morning and every night. Communication was quick with the owner when we had a question. I would recommend this property.

Exceptional!

Couldn't have been better. Communication with the host Edward was outstanding. Responded immediately and addressed every question we had. Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk of the building were always helpful. The views from the unit are everything you could ask for and then some! The whole condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed and couch are top notch. Parking was easy and the building facilities were great. We will return again without question.Thank you for sharing your exquisite condo with us, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had wonderful time at this place. We stayed 3 days at Aruba ocean villas and came to this place for the remaining 3 days and it was pleasant experience staying at this place!!

Awesome property and location

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. The quietest part of Eagle Beach was right across the street. We walked there every day. The property was well kept and Edward was extremely responsive with any questions. We would highly recommend!

Edward’s condominium is the best!

We rented both units for our family of 8, ages ranging from 11 to 68 and it was perfect. The unit was immaculate, very neat, and was stocked with everything we needed. Edward was very attentive to any questions we had. We also rented his van, which worked out extremely well. We would definitely recommend renting there again!

The condo was fabulous, very clean and walking distance to the best beach (eagle) Edward was very responsive. If I needed more beach chairs, towels, paper towels etc. he brought them within a day. We had 2 condos for 10 ppl. Great location!

fantastic condo/great views

First rate all the way around. Condo is great. We've stayed on multiple islands in a variety of accommodations and this is one we would definitely come back too. Owner was very responsive and could tell he takes pride in his units. Top floor with fantastic views. Easy walk across street to beach. If you are looking for a place to stay on Aruba and this unit is available. Book it. You will not regret it.

This condo is amazing

We’ve traveled all over the Caribbean and this was easily one of the most modern and beautiful condos we have ever stayed in. With only five floors, the elevators are quick and parking is directly under the building. Central location to everything and Edward responds very quickly when you’ve got a question. We will definitely be coming back.

The Best of Eagle Beach

Absolutely fabulous family vacation! Edward's condos overlooking Eagle Beach are comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Great location, directly across from a quiet area of the beach. Walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. Edward is a great host, very communicative. We will definitely return!

Phenomenal location and beautiful VRBO rental!

Communication with Edward was always easy and he was quite responsive. When my parents didn't know how to set their safe code, Edward had his helper come over right away to help fix this. The condo was incredibly clean and well-furnished. Cooking utensils, dishware, and shampoo/soap/conditioner was supplied. There were even pool floats, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids! The washer and dryer in the condo were quite priceless! Edward was extremely helpful with local dining options and made some amazing suggestions, such as Marina Pirata. The location is amazing. You are a short drive to the airport and downtown, as well as the more touristy areas near the High Rise Hotels district. The Super Foods supermarket and hospital are extremely close to the condo. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach is a short walk from the beautiful infinity pool and shower. We always felt safe in this area and all locals we encountered were happy and friendly. We hope to visit Aruba again soon, and when we do, we will definitely stay at the O Condominiums in Edward's condos!

First class building. Spotless. Location/Location/Location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpfull.Shout-out to Daniela. Within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.Oh, and they also have a world famous beach across the street with fantastic views. Grounds are spacious and comfortable. Edward is only a text away from any questions that you might have. Looking forward to going back

Great location, great property, exceptional host

This was our first stay at a VRBO and it was fantastic. We were looking for something quiet and spacious so rented two units on the top floor of the condo during Christmas week. Family thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. Edward went above and beyond and we really can't say enough about his support as a host. If we needed anything, he was there. Definitely 5 star.

This was my first time in Aruba and at a Vrbo! The place was amazing! When Edward told me I will have everything he was on point!! We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable!! Plenty of room for everyone! We traveled with both my mom and mother in law who were part of our group and they were very impressed and couldn’t say enough about the beautiful view they woke up to every morning! I will definitely be back and hope to be able to book it again! The building is beautiful very clean and the staff was amazing and very friendly! Loved it!!

Incredible condo and location

Perfect place for our family vacation (9 adults, ranging from 19 to 60 years old). Edward (owner/manager) is fantastic to work with and communicates quickly. Condos were immaculate and very nicely appointed. Also had all the essentials-beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shower shampoo, full kitchen, etc. Condos have ample living space and the view from the balcony is second-to-none! Looks directly at the ocean.. These condos are private-can't be seen from the other units in the building. In each unit: the Master bedroom has king bed. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. Two full bathrooms. There are 2 folding roll away beds in each unit. Location Location Location-can't be beat! O Condominimums are literally across the street from Eagle Beach. Easy stroll to the beach. This section of Eagle Beach is very wide and a lot less congested than further up the beach toward the low rise hotels. Beach lounge chairs can be rented on the beach few steps to the right in front of the La Quinta but the condo had 6 folding "sports" chairs that we used on the beach. Two beach bars are a few steps down the beach in both directions (to the left and to the right). O Condominimum building is new (built in 2021 so may not show on the map) has a very nice fitness center and infinity pool. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino that is within walking distance. There is also a coffee shop and couple small restaurants. Grocery store (Super Foods) is a short taxi ride away. High rise hotel district on Palm Beach (as well as the restaurant/bar strip) is a $10 taxi ride. We ate dinners at Papiamento (best on the island), Flying Fishbone and El Gaucho. We did the ATV tour (fun). We hired our taxi driver who originally brought us from the airport to transport us to dinners and activities during the week (taxi rates are set by the government). This way we didn't have to call for a taxi or wait on one. For the US required Covid-19 test to return to the US, there is a clinic on the left just up the street from the Condo (short walk, across street from Hospital) for $50 per antigen test. Easy to do and results were emailed within 4 hours. We absolutely would rent these two units again! HIghly recommend!

Perfect getaway!

My family enjoyed an amazing few days at Edward’s new penthouse condo. Location and amenities are top notch. Edward communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Views from condo are AMAZING! Highly recommended!

Stunning Paradise Family Getaway

This was absolutely the perfect set up for our large family vacation - first timers to the island. Two identical units side by side that was perfect for our extended family. Brand new building, all new items and furniture, sparkling clean upon arrival, well equipped and appointed, first impressions did not disappoint. Amazing throughout and very well located. Spacious and well supplied as per amenities listing, i.e. full kitchen utensils, cookware, towels - both bath and beach, etc. Supply of soaps, bathroom products, units had everything needed. Spacious enough for our big group, with huge balconies that had amazing views of the ocean/beach boasting the most amazing sunsets! We greatly enjoyed our daily sunset drinks on the balcony before heading to dinner. Location was excellent, right across the beach (Eagle) with a swimming pool on site to provide a nice break from the beach. Condo unit and building well decorated with a modern appeal, felt like a very high-end hotel. Brand new gym and the front desk always had people to help us with questions and order taxis. Edward, the host, was fantastic at communicating with us, before, during and even after our trip. Top notch service to ensure we were always ok. He even offered to make reservations for us in the busy Palm beach area, which we took him up on one night. Spectacular. We loved Eagle beach and the area, 30 min walk to the busier Palm beach area, but many other methods of transportation. 20 min walk to Super Foods, all groceries and drinks available. Everything was new, clean, with excellent service and care. What a memorable experience. Highly recommend these penthouse untis, would give 6 stars if we could. Cheers!

One Happy Island

Fresh, new, modern clean Condo in a fantastic location with a beautiful full view of the ocean! Edward made everything easy and had great communication with us about a week out and through our stay. 7 of us stayed in the two separate Penthouse condos and everyone had ample space in tge 4 rooms and we took advantage of cooking breakfast for ourselves, but had local fish for lunch and dinner at several easy to walk to restaurants. The huts just across the street are mostly taken up by LaQuainta guests, however we were able to rent beds/hut from the attendant there every morning for the day for $15 each. We also found it easy to walk to Superfoods for a better deal on groceries. Additionally, we used the public bus twice to go to the Palm beach area at night for that areas abundance of restaurants, market shopping, and nightlife. Very pleased with this Vrbo experience! We can’t wait for our next Aruba vacation!

Best place to stay on Aruba

This is best place we been so far on Aruba. We vacation on Aruba 3-4 times per year. Was watching this building been build. This Penthouses are the best. They located in the middle of the building and when rains you don’t even feel it. I paid for penthouse and got entire building to ourselves. Only 40 units in the building and owners who bought here only coming to Aruba couple times per year so you hardly see people. Honestly was only my family and security in the building. At the gym I set up weights at beginning of the trip and same set up was when I was leaving. Everything brand new and beautiful. 10 meters walk to best Eagle Beach in the middle of everything. This building is front line to the beach. Best part was that this is 2 penthouses comes as one 4 bedrooms and my mother in law had her own 2 bedrooms unit with own kitchen and everything. In front of the units huge common area only for this 2 units and on both side closed with doors so was perfect for kids .Penthouse came with everything, toilet papers, paper towels,soaps, fully loaded kitchen, Versace towels for indoor and outdoor use. 4 bedrooms and he got 4 pull out portable beds. Kids like this portable beds. Underground parking and outside parking totally empty so park where ever you like. Absolutely gorgeous building. From now on we will only book from Edward this penthouses. Everything is 100 stars not 5 stars like I rated this property. We will be back this year 100%
