Sunset Retreat - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Bayfront home with private pool & Hot Tub

This beautiful bayfront home has many things to offer. It has wonderful open views of the bay and is truly a "sunset retreat". The sunset at this home is like no other! View from the spacious deck or from the private pool or hot tub. Any way you like, you will be amazed and simply fall in love with this home!

The home accommodates 6 people.

The floor plan is open and spacious. WiFi throughout the home. It is a very roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Bedroom one has a king bed with master bath that includes a walk in shower. Bedroom two has a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed with the second bathroom right outside the bedroom door.

The kitchen has been fully renovated with stainless appliances and is fully stocked with anything you should need for your stay. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, a Keurig, a regular coffee pot, baking pans and more.

There is a private dock you can tie your boat to if needed. The dock has a fish cleaning sink and electricity as well as a bench for fishing from the dock or just relaxing by the water!

Under the house is a game room with a full size pool table, a picnic table, hot tub and outdoor shower. There are also bikes in the game room area for your use. The backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends.

Sunset Retreat is only minutes from local restaurants and shopping and beach access is only a couple blocks away.

**There is a flood light camera that faces the driveway only** No other cameras are on the property.

Beautiful property right on the water with an awesome pool and hot tub! The deck was incredible and offered a nice view of dolphins swimming in the bay with our morning coffee. Very quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed. We’ll definitely come back!!

Fantastic property. We had perfect weather and every evening had photo book sunsets. The dock is really nice. We fished much of the time but didnt have much luck even though there are tons of fish around. The pool was relaxing and a great way to cool off. Overall, we would recommend this house and would consider staying again. The only trouble we had was some spotty wifi so the smart tv's would would sporadically. The kitchen is also well stocked for those who like to cook. We cook most our meals and there wasn't one instance of not having the proper cooking equipment or untensil.

The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We did not use the pool, but did use the hot tub every night. We grilled supper a few times on the charcol grill. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs.A quick walk daily to the beach was awesome! The property was very clean and comfortable. We used the washer and dryer, glad to have it! Saw dolphins feeding just off our doc, marvelous sun sets, beautiful views ... a really nice place to stay. We want to come back next year.

Great vacation stay

Great property, awesome view. 2nd time staying at Sunset Retreat. The house and dock were great. The fishing from the dock was not so good this time but we definitely had a great time.

Very nice house. Perfect location near the water.

Beautiful sunsets

Beautiful property on the bay with an awesome outdoor area. Great fishing nice dock with fish cleaning station. We could ride the bikes to the beach and light house. Would definitely stay again.

My family loved staying at this property. The pool, fishing on the dock, seeing the dolphins every morning and kayaking in the bag. Grandkids loved being able to kayak to the oyster beds and investigate. We will be staying here again, perfect size and so much for the kids to do!!

Great home on the bay!

We really enjoyed out stay at Sunset Retreat. The home is very attractive, comfortable and has an incredible view of the bay. The family enjoyed fishing from the dock, playing pool in the rec are and riding bikes that were provided. The property is fenced so our pups were safe and could enjoy the sand and sun!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at sunset retreat. The view of the water was awesome and I’ve never seen more awesome sunsets. We loved the dock to fish off of, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and also loved the pool table downstairs. It was perfect! Great experience.

This home has a very unique view of the bay. The sunsets are amazing! It has a private dock to fish from or park a boat. Under the home is enclosed where there is a hot tub, pool table and other games to enjoy. The beach is also only a few blocks away.
