Check-in was easy. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was very functional. Warf was great. Sunsets were magnificent. Property manager was helpful and easy to get in touch with.

This was such a last minute impulse trip for us - and a much needed break. We found the house and booked it on Wednesday and were checking in on Saturday. Everything about this house was top notch. From communication and check-in service to the property features (a unicorn place!) to the location. Very quiet street and neighborhood, incredible sunset views, and such a welcoming and comfortable home that is decorated so beautifully but not in any way stuffy or fussy. A perfect spot for a couple or family getaway.

Loved every minute of our 14 day stay at this beautiful oasis! Amenities galore. Agreed with all the other reviews of how great this home is! Appreciated the dedicated laundry room, layout of the house with the separation of the bedrooms, house was comfy and cozy. High end furnishings and decorating ascents. Definitely feels like a quaint HGTV house. Spent almost every minute of the stay enjoying indoor and outdoor of the property. Only leaving for fish and farmer markets. Beautiful new pier with canopy that blocks out the hot sun. Pier allows for close up dolphin encounters as the dolphins chase fish under the dock. Kids enjoyed kayaking and the kayak sled.

Love, love, love this place! Absolutely gorgeous house with beautiful decorations and sunset that will even make the worst days good. The amenities for this house are outstanding from the private fishing pier to the private pool and jacuzzi. The house literally has everything you could need from things for the beach, like a cart and games, to every cooking utensil and electronic you could need. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the manager, Jennifer!!! She was helpful with every little thing and always available to answer questions.

We loved the entire property although the weather was not particularly conducive to utilizing the pool or hot tub regularly.. Great place and we will return.

This is a truly a beautiful home! Very large & comfortable interior. The setting on the bay was fabulous. Contacts with the property manager & owner were wonderful; extremely nice folks. The addition of the pool & pier were extra special. We would certainly return anytime! Highly recommend! Tony & Donna

All of the above. The property is beautiful. Shane was the perfect host. The area offers beautiful nature walks and is convenient to Apalatchacola.

The property was exactly as advertised. Everything you would need was amply provided. The pier is beautiful and new. We enjoyed watching the pelicans and dolphins from the pier! We also took advantage of the kayaks when the bay was calm. The location was perfect. Near to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Clean and comfortable.

The house was beautiful, well stocked, clean and plenty of space with decks on three sides. Quiet and peaceful area right on the ocean with an easy to find location and great restaurants in close proximity. Jenny Taylor and owner Shane were the most gracious in our encounters. We left the house clean and spotless and completed all instructions for checkout. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Home was just as described, heavenly! Minutes to St Gorge or Apalachicola. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub, and dolphins swimming by every night just after sunset!

This was one of the best-maintained and most thoughtfully stocked rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed—from a great selection of appliances and cookware to an excellent washer and dryer.We especially appreciated the peaceful privacy of being right on the bay. With four children, space is always important, and this home provided plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Our family loved spending evenings watching the sunsets from the deck and taking full advantage of the pool, dock, and kayaks.When we ventured out, we enjoyed exploring the local breweries, fresh seafood, and nearby beaches. This property truly offers the best of both relaxation and location—you won’t regret choosing it for your next vacation.

Amazing! This home is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. The views were amazing, and the hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!
