Your St. George Island adventure begins at this beautiful 3-bedroom home, 3 Full Bath Home. Beach gear provided (8 Beach Chairs, quality coolers, beach cart, beach and pool towels.) The primary bedroom features 1 king bed and the 2 additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests, along with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, premium toiletries, high quality linens, toys for the kids, laundry room with detergents supplied and a private pool, you'll feel right at home. Pool can be heated during the chillier months and chilled during the hot summer months. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom attached. Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the massive, covered porch while sipping coffee or a cocktail! We own the empty lot to the right making your stay that much more quiet and private! We think our place will help you experience everything Saint George Island has to offer, and we are so glad to share our little piece of Heaven with you! Pets welcome! ****GOLF CART AND ELECTRIC TRIKE AVAILABLE TO RENT UPON ARRIVAL IF NEEDED. $350 FOR WEEK FOR GOLF CART. $300 FOR WEEK FOR ELECTRIC TRIKE. OR $600 FOR WEEK FOR BOTH. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! All the extra touches were so appreciated and made it feel like home. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large porches, comfortable beds and private pool. Thank you for everything!

Terri thought of everything. From extra tumblers, a welcome bag, comfy sheets and towels, tons of charging stations, and endless beach equipment. Just bring your clothes and everything else is covered. Excellent communication and a beautiful location. 10/10

We had a great stay! The heated pool is a huge bonus on the island as is the pet-friendliness. Great location not too far from beach access. Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed everything about our stay here!! The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. Terri was a wonderful host with gift baskets upon arrival, extra towels(both bathing and beach), well stocked kitchen/bathrooms (paper products, tp, extra hair tools if needed), and amazing communication if required. The location is perfect and hidden away from the main drive on the island-but close enough for a short walk to the beach and bikes to other locations. The pool was a nice addition for night swims and breaks from the beach. Everyone in our group enjoyed this stay immensely and we will definitely be back!

We had couple questions right away and Terri was quick with a response. Property had all we needed for a months stay. Pictures online were spot on (unlike some others we've been to). Place was beautiful

The house is beautiful and convenient to the beach. Added bonus, we were able to get in the heated pool every day. The host was so responsive and considerate - providing a welcome gift basket for us and our daughter. She thought of everything! We had a great week enjoying all that SGI has to offer. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Best place ever! We've rented homes through VRBO and elsewhere. Most of the others were simply "fine". Everything OK, no major issues. But this property is really exceptional in every way! It's new (or nearly new) and looks it. Exceptionally clean. Everything works as it should. It's a SHORT two block walk to the beach. and it took only a few minutes to get there on foot. House is located on a quiet street with little traffic. The home has a heated pool, which the grandkids used comfortably daily, even with the March temperatures in the low to mid 70's with moderate winds. The pool is located in back of the property, which affords more privacy than those of other homes on the island that have pools located in front of the home. The home itself is a beautiful, well-appointed three-bedroom property, with a separate bath for each bedroom. Bedrooms are good-sized and fully equipped with pillows, blankets, etc., to meet your needs and a good-sized TV in every bedroom! There's plenty of bathroom access and privacy for everyone in our party of six, all with plenty of towels, toiletries, tissues, etc. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare and meals. Forgot your phone charger? The owners have some there for your use. Need an extra beach towel? They provide those as well. Can't say enough good things about the property or our stay. The house was beautiful! The host was incredibly welcoming and clearly went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable and pleased in her property. We would definitely consider coming back to this home again in future years.

Great location! The beach house is located on a quiet sandy street. It really felt like “old Florida”. You’ll have a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, which was never crowded. The house is stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. The gift baskets were a pleasant surprise and a very nice touch!

From the moment we booked until the day we left , Terri made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She is without a doubt the most accommodating host we have ever had. Her communication was exceptional, it’s clear that she wants her guests to have the best possible vacation.The home itself was immaculate and one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. It’s also the best stocked, Terri has thought of everything from the essentials to all the items you inevitably forget to pack. The extras she leaves for you is just unthought of! It felt less like a rental and more like a home that had been lovingly prepared just for us.If you are considering staying here don’t hesitate, you won’t find a better host or a more welcoming beach home. We truly can’t recommend it highly enough!

The quiet and privacy. After years of vacationing on the island, we decided to build a home. When this lot became available and we went to go look at it, it just had the “feel” to it. It’s “Old Florida” at its best. You can walk to beach. You can walk to the bay. It’s private with some greenery. It’s our dream.❤️
