Newly Remodeled - First Floor - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa in a Gated Community - less than a five-minute walk through our complex to a secluded, natural beach! Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway and all that Hilton Head Island is famous for! The condo is equipped with beach gear and a beach cart for guest use. Located in a beautiful, quiet community that offers two outdoor pools (April - September) and one indoor pool with hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round. The Spa on Port Royal Sound is a private community that is located on the north end of the island. The property is very peaceful and away from the crowds, yet very close (5-10 minute drive) to many of the island's best restaurants and activities!

Beautiful and quiet location but close enough to activities as well. Condo was beautiful and clean with a lot of little extras that you don't always find. Would definitely stay there again.

Lisa and Mike are so sweet and communicative. We had such a wonderful time waking up and walking to the beach watching sunsets. Loved it!

Lisa and Mike were very attentive and great hosts! The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen is very well stocked and the porch is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We absolutely loved the beach area. Will definitely be coming back to visit.

This our first time in Hilton Head everything was great, definitely making this a yearly stop. The condo was in a great location, everyone was helpful when we had visitors come see us, the unit was clean with great access to the beach as well as everything you need available for use from the condo like chairs, toys, umbrella and even a cart. Lisa and Mike were great. They were super helpful with some sites to see and a great place to stay. Thank you Lisa and Mike !!!

Wonderful place to stay

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here. We love it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Quiet location and nicely updated

The complex is very quiet and peaceful. We were in Hilton Head for a wedding so we did not have time to use any of the amenities but the condo itself is very clean and updated. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were great and communication with them was excellent. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Hilton Head.

Wonderful Property

This property is extra clean and newly remodeled. Everything in the Condo is brand new. The furniture, TVs, beds, appliances etc. are very nice. It is very nicely decorated. The owners were very nice and attentive to everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at this property. The property has a 24/7 Security Guard at the Gate, so we felt very safe here. Many thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation

We loved getting to spend a week away with our family in this beautiful home. Listing was exactly as described and the perfect size for our family of 4. The home had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning & playing. We loved having such easy access to the beach and our boys loved the indoor pool once the sun went down. Thank you for the easy check in/out process & communication during our stay. We have found our new favorite spot on the island & will definitely be back in the future!

This property is the perfect home away from home. It looks exactly as advertised and is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The host supplies so many essentials and the kitchen is completely stocked. Communication with the host was top notch the entire time prior to the stay and during our vacation. The beach is within walking distance. Everything needed to enjoy the beach is supplied at the condo. I cannot say enough good things about this unit!

We purchased this villa because of the peaceful and secluded location...we love that we have our own little slice of paradise yet are still so close to all that Hilton Head has to offer - world class golf, shopping, dining and water sports!
