Beautiful 3 Bedroom & 3 Bath Villa located in Sea Pines! Located near the ocean (7-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride), off the 4th Tee Box of the new Heron Point Golf Course, and right across the street to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Fishing at your back door in the lagoon (yes watch for Alligators!), private putting green and on-site Tennis court! Parking right in front of Villa so no lugging upstairs or waiting on elevators, and no one above you. King Master Bedroom (NEW Mattress 9/24) & Queen Bedroom upstairs each with private baths, 2 Twin Beds in downstairs bedroom with direct bath access. Also, the Living room sofa pulls into a Queen size bed if needed. Great back patio with new grill & gorgeous views will sure to be your favorite coffee spot in the morning and cocktail spot in the evening.
Harbour Town is a quick 4-minute car drive, and the New Sea Pines Beach Club is less than 1 mile away right down the beach. Bike Paths at your front door so fun rides everywhere in Sea Pines or beyond. Many Bike rental companies to choose from with Bikes delivered right to your door. Golf everywhere around you here, Harbour Town Golf Links less that 5 minutes and the newest Sea Pines resort courses Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III and Heron Point by Pete Dye is located almost in your back yard. Horseback riding or Animal Petting Farm? The beautiful Sea Pines Lawton Stables are about 3 minutes away.

BEACH ACCESS CHANGE- (Walk /Bike to beach from my villa with no car parking worries!!) :)
Important information for other renters in Sea Pines!!-- very limited access and extremely limited parking at/near the beach with many rental properties that will require a trolley ride to the beach with limited hours,seats, and limited beach gear you can take on these trolleys. Lines and waiting, driving to a parking lot and parking.... Sea Pines Beach Club limits renters to 50 parking spaces per day and these are gone before 8 am and the lot has attendee to limit access.
Use caution when picking your vacation rental if beach accessibility is important to your choice in Sea Pines.

WALK to the BEACH or Bike to Beach across the street from my villa! (BONUS - the Sea Pines Beach club is less that one mile south on the beach if you want to go for food, drinks, entertainment)

Annual Family Vacation Head Trip

As always, we had a wonderful family vacation. The villa is well cared for and very clean. We noticed some nice updates this year! When you walk in the door you see the beautiful view of the lagoon and putting greens. The kids love seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning, the beautiful birds flying or walking around. They even have binoculars to use. Great entertainment for any age! We love the convenience of the close walk to the beach, playing tennis in the courts or having our annual family putting challenge across the lagoon behind the villa. A great bonus is the availability to get in touch with the host if needed. They're quick to respond.

Recent Sea Pines stay

The property owner David was very attentive to any and all issues. From a location standpoint the condo was an easy bike ride to the beach, the beach club, harbor town and sea pines center. However the unit truly needs updated especially the beds and bathrooms - very uncomfortable beds.

Great vacation rental

Stayed with my family of 5 (wife and three teenage boys). Close to everything and plenty of space for all of us. Communication with David was fantastic (actually best I’ve ever had with any property owner through VRBO). Putting course was a hit. Tried fishing but only caught a few small fish. Two gators kept us entertained throughout the week. Definitely would rent this house again.

Wonderful time

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Out of all of the places we have stayed at HHI, this is the one we like the best! Location was perfect, communication with the owner was great, and the small things like the AC, hot water, and the grill was excellent!

Great summertime stay

My wife and I booked this location for our first ever 2 week vacation and we nailed it! What a great place. Everything listed about the property was spot on. The property owners were super responsive to a couple of quick questions we had. The walk to the beach was peaceful and quick and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting in the backyard watching the alligators watch us! The A/C unit was top notch, especially welcomed with the heat and humidity we had! Great time!

Lovely setting

Great location, short ride to the beach. Master mattress is long overdue for an update and we could never get the TV in the bedroom to operate.

Return Customers

Our 2nd year at this place, although we have been coming to the island for about 15 years. Very clean and comfortable. Everything is very close by. Both the practice putting green and the ocean are short walks away. Harbour Town, plenty of restaurants and golf are within a 5 minute drive. We’re already planning next year’s trip.

Home Away from Home

This is our 2nd year renting and we will be back again next year. Such a great vacation spot. We park our car and bike ride easily everywhere. Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Mellow Mushroom, Lawton Stables, Cologne shops, even the grocery store. The walk to the beach is not far at all. Close also is the Beach Club. We use the putting greens daily even have a put-put challenge with little ones and adults. Added fishing this year from the bridge (catching 2, one small and one 15/18”). Also used the tennis court. If ever a rainy day the view of the pond through the huge windows is beautiful and relaxing. Seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning and variety of birds. Had all we need inside and out. 😊 David is such a great Host. Accommodating and available if needed.

Fantastic HHI location!

My family (self, husband, 19yr old, 14 yr old) rented David’s Sea Pines villa for our first visit to HHI. We absolutely loved this rental and the location couldn’t be best! We loved being in Sea Pines and having access to everything there. The beach was a quick 7 minute walk from the house and was accessed by paved trails. It was so easy to get to the beach any time we wanted to explore. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I’m incredibly picky about vacation rentals and have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness. Our family has stayed in numerous rentals over the past 15 years and this is easily one of my favorites! I never felt grossed out or found anything negative about the rental. David was an excellent host and responded to all of my requests for information before and during our stay. Since we have older children, we like to rent places that provide each of us with our own sleeping/bathroom space. This villa was set up perfectly for our needs with three very comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. I would absolutely rent this villa from David again! You really can’t go wrong choosing this rental for your HHI vacation!

The property was just like the pictures! We’ve been vacationing on HHI for the past 4 years. This is by far our favorite place to stay 😀 We’re hoping we’ll be able to stay here next year! Easy bike ride to the beach and great nature views from the back patio and large windows in the family room! The host, David, was super nice to work with and quick to respond to questions. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful villa in Sea Pines! Had minor issue with cable service but Mr. Hall took care of it immediately. The villa was perfect for our family and fulfilled all of our needs! Excellent location and plenty of gator and other wildlife sightings! Would love to stay there again!

Beautiful Setting and a Walk From the Beach

Things we loved: Great panoramic view from the family room looking on a small pond occupied by alligators, egrets, herons, ducks, ospreys, red shouldered hawks, and others (more wildlife than we saw on a kayaking trip nearby). Very well equipped kitchen, including a natural gas BBQ grill on the rear patio, which we put to good use. Minutes from the beach. Minutes from anything you could possible want to do on HHI. Communicative host. We recommend and hope to be back.

We shall return!

We are regulars to HHI and have stayed in several different homes over the years…all very nice. This place fit us perfectly. Excellent location, all the comforts of home at a fair price. Starting each day with a cup of coffee, a little practice on a private putting green (not sure if it helped, but I keep trying) was a great way to start the mornings off. We’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous location

This villa is within walking distance to the beach and the Forest Preserve and a nice bike ride to Harbourtown, the Plantation Club and the Salty Dog. The view out the back is spectacular and we all enjoyed the putting green. The unit was well stocked and included all the essentials for preparing meals. We were happy it included a barbecue unlike other units. We did have a few issues but the host demonstrated great concern and acted on them promptly.
