Beautiful condo, it was very clean and nice and cool when we arrived. My family and I loved that it was walking distance from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Gulf Shores! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still being peaceful and quiet.The beds were comfortable(sleep number!), the kitchen was well stocked, and the entire condo was well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and the host was responsive and easy to work with.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to vacation in Gulf Shores. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Walking distance to the beach as well as several restaurants. We also appreciated that this condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Friends stayed in another condo in the same complex and they didn’t have much of any thing. Jeff was super friendly and kind on the phone. Told us all the to do and not to dos. We came for baseball so we didn’t get to see many hot spots but we will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here again in the future.

The host is informative and kind, the condo feels like home, it's how I would have out fitted it, comfortable, super clean and in excellent condition. We have stayed here multiple times because of that.

Great Place

The condo was wonderful. Everything was super clean and this was probably the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. It has everything you may need and MORE! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! Host was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area! He answered any questions we had and was super quick to respond every time. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

My family of 5 stayed for 4 days and we loved it. The pictures did not do it justice, everything was very clean, up to date and very well stocked. The check-in process was easy, Mr. King even called and let us know we could check in a couple of hours earlier than expected. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The deck was very cozy and we had a great view from the master bedroom. The beach was just a short walk away as well as walking distance to stores and restaurants. It exceeded my expectations. The pool was clean and there were even toys and floaties there for the kids to use. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to vacation!! If you are looking for a review to confirm your choice, this is it!

Long weekend stay

We came to Gulf Shores to visit our daughter. The location was great, the condo was perfect for the 3 of us, and the beds were so comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

We stay in Gulf Shores a couple times a year and this place is at the top of my list! Best property owner I’ve encountered, so clean, the property is clean and safe, close enough to walk anywhere you want to go!!

Good times

The location was great, close to fun and great food. The place was very clean and cozy. Lived we had a pool for the days we didn't want to go to the beach. Will definitely go back.

Excellent Stay

The condo was amazing the description is spot on. The location is amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy. We walked to dinner each night. Jeff’s communication throughout the booking to the stay was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

We rented the condo while in town for a baseball tournament. The condo was great and met or exceeded all my expectations based on the description and pictures. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was never crowded. Parking was also convenient. Our sons enjoyed the close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Jeff was easy to work with and I would stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores.

Birthday trip to the Gulf

This was a great place for my stay. It was close to the beach and was convenient for getting to the shops and restaurants. The space was very clean and everything worked well. I loved the shower with lots of pressure and hot water. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back.

First of all, when we talked on the phone you stated. "I am the baseball mom for the team" and you were attempting to get the whole team into my complex. You stated to me that S. Alvardo was staying in my condo. This was confirmed by myself when I called her to give her information about getting into my condo when she was on her way down. So, you were never in my condo unless you were visiting S. Alvarado. Your review of my condo should be null and void. Jeff King (Owner)

Anniversary trip

Jeff was very accommodating and always available. Property is very convenient to many restaurants. We only used one of our vehicles 2 days out of 5.

Worth it!!!

If you want to be steps away from the beach but don’t want to pay ocean front prices this is the place! Not only is it conveniently located to all the local attractions the condo is beautifully updated. We enjoyed the modern kitchen, rain shower, and comfortable beds. The owner was wonderful to work with and we appreciated his kindness to our family. We will definitely book another stay in the future.

We had a great visit. Just a short walk to The Hangout. I really appreciated having little kitchen extras like seasonings and condiments in the refrigerator. Very comfortable and clean. Thanks!
