This beautiful condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another bedroom. There is a pull out couch in the living room. This unit has a full kitchen for your culinary needs. Unit is just steps across from the beach with its own deeded access where you can enjoy 30 miles of sugar sand beaches. It is a short walk to the center of town and the Hangout. Dozens of dining and shopping options just a short walk away. 2 bathrooms to alleviate crowding when getting ready. Free WiFi, Cable and TV. Two elevators, a BBQ area, deeded beach access. Enjoy the community pool, gazebo and grilling area with the gulf right across the street. Feel free to call Matt at 260*466*4276

Great space for a family of 4! Had a closet full of beach essentials which was great to have that extra umbrella. Easy walk across the street to beach access. A couple blocks from all shops and restaurants. Pool and facilities were great for family.

We loved our stay. Very clean, and walking distance to several great restaurants, and coffee. Very quiet as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay overall. The host was unresponsive throughout the stay but did provide all the information I needed prior. The room was not cleaned entirely, but I think it's the cleaning service at the condo--people with other VRBO hosts at this condo had the same issue. Guests at the condo did not adhere to quiet hours, and the pool got a little loud. I would have communicated this privately rather than in a review if I'd gotten a single response throughout my stay.

Thank you for the honest review. Your inquiry about early check in came in the afternoon of a special day (32 anniversary). I will advise our cleaning crew of the substandard conditions of the unit. As far as the other people staying in the building, I have no control over that.

The property was as described. The host was very responsive. The location was great. Beds were comfortable, towels great. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great girls' trip getaway!

This was a great clean condo to stay in for our girls' trip! We had plenty of room in the condo, and the beach was just a short walk! Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay at sea breeze. The location is great, not far from the beach, and very homey. The owner Matthew was easy to get a hold of, easy to work with. If we go back to GS I will definitely look into staying again.
