We had a fantastic time in the Gulf Shores area! Your accommodations were exactly as advertised & were perfect for us! The place was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped with necessary items, & your communication was very helpful for us. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Matt and Billie are one of the best people to rent from for the week! Good price! They have EVERYTHING in the condo including 4 beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, etc!! It was very easy to get in contact with them. They have 2 properties in Gulf shores! They are the best hosts I've had before. People within the condo unit are very helpful and nice as well! Pool is clean! Enjoy your stay here with a short walk to the beach!

Great little place, perfect for us, perfect location tot be beach with easy access. Very roomy and everyone in the condo was super nice and helpful! The pool was nice and clean! Definitely would use again!! Messaged owner when we were Almost here and never responded our whole trip, only down fall. Great little place for a family of 4!!!!

Great space for a family of 4! Had a closet full of beach essentials which was great to have that extra umbrella. Easy walk across the street to beach access. A couple blocks from all shops and restaurants. Pool and facilities were great for family.

We loved our stay. Very clean, and walking distance to several great restaurants, and coffee. Very quiet as well. Would definitely recommend.

The property was as described. The host was very responsive. The location was great. Beds were comfortable, towels great. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great stay overall. The host was unresponsive throughout the stay but did provide all the information I needed prior. The room was not cleaned entirely, but I think it's the cleaning service at the condo--people with other VRBO hosts at this condo had the same issue. Guests at the condo did not adhere to quiet hours, and the pool got a little loud. I would have communicated this privately rather than in a review if I'd gotten a single response throughout my stay.

Thank you for the honest review. Your inquiry about early check in came in the afternoon of a special day (32 anniversary). I will advise our cleaning crew of the substandard conditions of the unit. As far as the other people staying in the building, I have no control over that.

Great girls' trip getaway!

This was a great clean condo to stay in for our girls' trip! We had plenty of room in the condo, and the beach was just a short walk! Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay at sea breeze. The location is great, not far from the beach, and very homey. The owner Matthew was easy to get a hold of, easy to work with. If we go back to GS I will definitely look into staying again.
