We had to call for the first time ever because the twin beds were unstable. Looked like they had been fixed before. Also kitchen chairs were missing screws. The air conditioner leaked in the kitchen from the upstairs unit. We always enjoy our stay - this was the first time there were problems.

The house fell apart

4 doorknobs came off. The kids kept getting locked in the bedroom. We couldn’t get onto the porch, they never heated the pool, it smelled like gas multiple times and we had maintenance come out and it was so hot upstairs you could not sleep. The house is adorable but these things aren’t ok. We opened a claim, but nobody has reimbursed our pool fee and nobody has contacted us about said “claim” and we have been home for two weeks. House was cute and in our preferred neighborhood. We’ve stayed there every year without a problem. This one was adorable but gave us lots of problems and not once was so able to get into the pool. And having to break our kids out of their bedroom cause they were locked in multiple times wasn’t fun either. New house next year for sure.

Great house!

We always rent a house somewhere along 30a and so we have a lot of experiences in different houses. We normally stay closer to seaside area, but decided to go with this house which was further out. The area has a different feel, but we really enjoyed it… This was the closest to the beach we have been, which was really nice. The beach was not crowded at all. The beach set up with two chairs, and an umbrella that is included with the house was very helpful as it is normally very expensive to rent for the week. The pool was perfect when we wanted to stay at the house or during the Littles nap time. The house was very clean and a great set up. We had six adults and three kids and had extra room. The extra ice fridge and drink fridge came in handy as well! We could walk to restaurants of ice cream or coffee. Any time we needed to contact management they were very quick to return our call and have a solution. The only feedback I have is that the appliances were a little difficult to understand how to use at first. (Dishwasher and oven/stove) that may not be a problem for others but if it is, a little sheet with directions on it could be helpful. Also, coffee filters would be a nice addition, we didn’t see any.

Highly Recommend

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood each year for the past 10 or so years and this property was one of if not the best. Very well appointed and great floor plan. Blue 360 was super responsive to our needs!

Vacation 2022

Gated community. Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Three minute walk to private beach that was not crowded and included 2 chairs and an umbrella for our home each day, set up by the rental company. Pool with home. Several outdoor decks and large patio with fire pit. Will go back and will recommend to others.

Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful stay at the "Southern Surf Shack!" Super close to the beach- and plenty of room to chill indoors if needed. The porch and pool were a bonus and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking with high end finishes throughout the kitchen and whole home. This home made our vacation go from great to awesome!!
