Thank you for your review Tina. We will pass along your comments about the mattresses to the owner and get the pillows replaced in this unit. All of our HVACs do have temperature limits set on them to prevent the systems from freezing over from being set too cold for the local weather conditions. Systems blowing at 60-65 or less with the humidity levels we have here in the Clearwater area, will produce huge amounts of condensation as they try to cool down that air, causing the units to sweat and freeze over at the coils. If this happens it can break some pretty expensive parts very quickly. We can have someone look at the upstairs unit you mentioned, but any upstairs area does tend to run a little hotter than ground floor due to how heat rises. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention, we will take action on them. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you back the next time you're visiting our area again.
