This beachfront condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it accommodates a total of 6 guests. This property is located on the second floor of the building and is a 2 story unit – very private and spacious.



First level has 2 bedrooms, main living areas, kitchen and dining area. The top floor has the Primary bedroom and a den, featuring a King bed and the best amenity this property could offer – a private terrace overlooking the beach!



The primary bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom. Off of the bedroom there is a den with a Full sleeper sofa and a TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a hallway bathroom and a tub/shower combo.



Very spacious unit with an open floor plan featuring 1900 square feet. Living area has wonderful views of the Gulf and features comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Dining area accommodates 6 guests.



Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare breakfast or dinner.



Living room has access to a beachfront balcony with a view of the beautiful pool and the Gulf. Just come down your private staircase and in a few steps you are on the sand! This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.



Important details:

This unit is not conducive to small children due to the spiral staircase.

No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!

This is a small, quiet residential community, so no loud parties are allowed.

The pool is heated during cooler months.
