Overall it was an excellent place to hold a family reunion. There was enough room for everyone to be together and yet have some privacy in their rooms. The common areas were large enough for everyone to gather together for joint meals and activities. The place is not brand new and so there are some signs of it being lived in, however, all of our own private homes are in similar condition. So, if you want to be critical you can find things, however, as an overall experience the place has a pleasant feel and is very well equipped we had a wonderful time.

Had a couple of hiccups i.e., dishwasher, one toilet and AC however they immediately resolved the issue. Big thanks to Sandy, Amber and others that quickly responded. My family had a wonderful stay and will definitely think about rebooking should we come back to Padre again.

Our large family had a wonderful time! They were quick to respond, and always helpful. It is a walk to the beach, but no one in our crew complained. There was enough space for us all to have our own rooms, which made it so nice! The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after getting in from the beach. They thought of everything!

Located on the bay side, all of the convenience of ocean side without the usual traffic and pedestrian noise. Many options for in house entertainment along with the heated pool and patio. Great accommodations for a large group or family.

Our stay was amazing. The house was amazingly clean and had everything that we needed or wanted and even exceeded our expectations. It was large enough for everyone to have space if they needed it but had plenty of room for the 19 of us to gather for meals and games or just to sit and talk. The decorations were beautiful and the backyard pool, grill and seating areas worked well for our large group. We had a minor problem with a bed and when we called our host's number, they were there within minutes to fix the problem and were in and out and the repairs accomplished in record time. The house is close enough to restaurants and shops and just a short distance from the beach. My family told me over and over that this was their favorite house from any family vacation we had taken. We loved it and hope to stay there again on another family vacation. Thanks for an amazing place to stay for our week in South Padre Island.

The host and staff were amazing in replying quickly and responding to issues. Kitchen was stocked with things needed for cooking, like pots, pans, utensils, bowls, glasses.

Beautiful home, and perfect location. We had a large family reunion with 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful pool area with lots of quality outdoor furniture. Fully furnished and functional kitchen.

Isla Breeze Long Weekend

Great property for large extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 4 separate families to enjoy time under 1 roof.

Beach vibes

Great beach house and pool. Loved the kitchen and game room. Some rooms have double beds instead of queens but very nice stay, I will be back again.
