Looking for that spacious island retreat for your family & friends? Well look no further - this is the property for you!! Centrally located on the island & only a short walk to the beach, and offers all the amenities that will keep you coming back year after year.

Some of its features include a privately fenced backyard oasis with a private pool, a super fun game room with a pool table, darts, shuffleboard, and Smart TV for entertaining. It is centrally located near grocery stores, shopping, sunset dining, and the entertainment center.

The home is beautifully decorated in coastal colors inspired by our island surroundings and comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests with comfy mattresses and cozy bedding. The main living area is located on the second floor and features a spacious open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The home offers 5 full bathrooms, along with blow dryers and plenty of towels for guest use.

We also have a nice stock of beach goodies for your enjoyment…..beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a couple of beach wagon.

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Our large family had a wonderful time! They were quick to respond, and always helpful. It is a walk to the beach, but no one in our crew complained. There was enough space for us all to have our own rooms, which made it so nice! The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after getting in from the beach. They thought of everything!

Located on the bay side, all of the convenience of ocean side without the usual traffic and pedestrian noise. Many options for in house entertainment along with the heated pool and patio. Great accommodations for a large group or family.

Our stay was amazing. The house was amazingly clean and had everything that we needed or wanted and even exceeded our expectations. It was large enough for everyone to have space if they needed it but had plenty of room for the 19 of us to gather for meals and games or just to sit and talk. The decorations were beautiful and the backyard pool, grill and seating areas worked well for our large group. We had a minor problem with a bed and when we called our host's number, they were there within minutes to fix the problem and were in and out and the repairs accomplished in record time. The house is close enough to restaurants and shops and just a short distance from the beach. My family told me over and over that this was their favorite house from any family vacation we had taken. We loved it and hope to stay there again on another family vacation. Thanks for an amazing place to stay for our week in South Padre Island.

The host and staff were amazing in replying quickly and responding to issues. Kitchen was stocked with things needed for cooking, like pots, pans, utensils, bowls, glasses.

Beautiful home, and perfect location. We had a large family reunion with 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful pool area with lots of quality outdoor furniture. Fully furnished and functional kitchen.
