It’s time for a Beachfront Escape! This charming Sea Isle home boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, a bright and airy floor plan, 2 levels of decks, and a cleared path to the beach. Perfect for multiple small families, this scenic retreat is your new home-away-from-home.

Inside, the beachy colors and contemporary decor invite you to relax and spend time with your family or friends. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf views from the plush couches, or head onto the deck and soak in the Galveston sun. Nearby, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve with ease. Dine at the table seating 8, breakfast bar seating 4, or grab your plates and walk outside to eat at the picnic tables on the partially covered deck or ground level patio.

The spacious primary bedroom encompasses the entire upper level loft. A king bed looks out over the Gulf, while a twin bed with trundle is tucked away on the other side of the room. The primary suite also has an en suite bathroom, laundry closet with full size washer & dryer, and a private deck with outdoor seating. Back on the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom, bunk bedroom, and full bath.

When the waves call, the beach is just steps away! After a day in the sand & surf, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and then grill some fresh Gulf seafood on the charcoal grill.

Sea Isle homes come with plenty to do, so planning your trip is a breeze. Purchase a seasonal pass for access to the neighborhood pool, or request a key (with required, refundable deposit) to access the fishing pier.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
