This beach house is awesome… the view is spectacular and the neighborhood is very quiet.We took the grandchildren (4 & 2) with no worries of them going down the stairs without supervision …the ocean front balcony is separate from the stairs which is great for the little ones!!!Super clean and the whole house has the feel at home vibe!Host very responsive and helpful!!Definitely will stay there again!!100% satisfied

Great access to the beach, some mild trouble with ants, qnd washing machine wasnt working during our stay. (Host did offer comp for washateria if needed)

We had a situation come up and thought we were going to have to cancel. But the hosts were amazing and were able to accommodate our issue. Thank you again! Recommend 10/10! We loved how close it was to the beach. The furniture was nice and comfortable! My grandson loved all the beach toys available at the house. We go to a different beach every year and those things were top notch! If we make our way back to Galveston we would stay here again.

Another great weekend here. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the sights and sounds of the water. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. Again, really enjoyed the ocean view and already looking forward to returning for a third time.

The location on the beach was amazing! To watch the waves on the porch was so relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked for everything you could want. It is a 10 minute drive to town so if you’re looking to walk to the action this would not be the place to stay. But if you’re looking for relaxing beach time with minimal people around this is the place for you!

House was clean, but it was definitely beat up. Location by the beach was amazing with easy access to town. Appreciated little things like all the hooks in the bathrooms for towels, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, having beach chairs and the umbrella, and a quick and easy response to questions from the property manager.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. The house was exactly how it was represented to be. No complaints. My family and I had a great time in Galveston, even with the cold weather.

We had a great family stay at this beach house. The home was very clean, and our boys loved the bunk beds and having their own room with a TV. The location was perfect for our trip, and the host was wonderful to deal with. Our cruise embarkation time was mid-afternoon, and he kindly allowed us a late checkout, which made a big difference for our family. We would absolutely stay here again.

Mundy and Andrew live in houston and have 3 wonderful children, Meg , Noah and Madeline. Andrew grew up in South Africa and spent many vacations at the beach fishing, scuba diving and hunting for crabs and shells as a child. He lived in Canada for many years and is so happy to be back near a beach again. Mundy grew up in Brenham texas and lived on a ranch for most of her youth... she loves the outdoors.
After we spent several vacations in Galveston we decided to find a special place we could call home... we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We live in Houston and have been renting houses in galveston for years and decided we wanted to keep coming back on a more regular basis.

It was important for us and our kids (little legs) to have a beach front property to minimise the walk to the beach and back. we wanted a quiet , pedestrian only beach, far enough away from the main tourist areas but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment if we wanted to venture into town.

This small community of homes is perfect for our family and yours and great for kids who want to look for shells, fish, hunt for crabs, build sand castles
The water is shallow and the waves are small and easy for the children to play and swim in.

There is something about waking up to the sound of the waves, smelling the ocean air as you sip on your morning coffee relaxing on the covered porch watching the Pelicans fly by .
We love to cook and BBQ and the kitchen provides an ocean view and tends to be the social hub when were inside.
