It’s time for a trip to Galveston’s best Sandbox! Enjoy a covered deck, open floor plan, expansive ground level patio and easy access to the beach at this updated beachfront home. Easily accommodate 8 people and up to 2 pups!
Walk in, and the wall of windows greets you with Gulf views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A deep sectional sofa invites you to sit back and relax with your loved ones in comfort. The family chef has plenty of room to work in the fully-equipped kitchen. The stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils make meal prep easy. Dine together at the table for 5 and breakfast bar for 4.
All of the rooms are conveniently located on a single level at this beach house, including the bedrooms. Enjoy lazy mornings in and your own space to unwind at night. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and private en suite bathroom. Down the hall you’ll find a bunk bedroom, full bath, and closet with a full-size washer/dryer for laundry days.
Lounge on the deck and take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The ground level patio is your own personal paradise, complete with a tiki bar and sitting area. Relax your worries away with your favorite drink in hand while the pups run around the fenced yard. When you’re ready for the beach, walk down the cleared path and hit the waves!
Need more outdoor fun? When you stay at Sea Isle homes, you can purchase a seasonal pass to the neighborhood pool or request a key with a refundable deposit to fish on the pier!

This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
