Everything that I was told was 100% accurate and even more. I will be staying here many many times with my family. Do yourself a favor and book here, because I am very fussy about where I stay. They will be seeing me time and time again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo truly felt like it was set up with families in mind. Having the games, bikes, and beach toys available made our stay so much more enjoyable and convenient. We loved being able to spend our days at the beach and pool and then come back and relax together at the condo.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families with young children. A wonderful place for a fun, relaxing family beach vacation!

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect location on the beach, and only a very short drive to Old City. Waking up to the ocean view was a plus!!! Kim is the best VRBO host I've had the pleasure of dealing with, great suggeations and tips that will enhance your stay, and super quick to reapond to questions. 10/10!!!!

Our stay was great! The condo was steps from the beach with a private walkway. St Augustine is a wonderful place to visit. This condo was a short drive to historic downtown and other shopping spots. The beach was amazing. We travel a lot and we love a place that supplies all the things you need and don’t think about when you are away, right down to paper products, and everything you need for a beach day. There also was a garage to park in which was awesome. Kimberly was very gracious and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. We were literally steps from the sand, with a great view and all the amenities we could possibly need. It was a spacious condo with comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach, which was amazing (lots of chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, bikes, etc). The beachfront was really calm, quiet and peaceful. We’ve stayed in lots of places around Florida and this is the first time we didn’t have to wake up at sunrise to claim a spot at the beach. It was a perfect, relaxing place to vacation. The location was fantastic. We could walk or drive to shops and restaurants. The owners responded immediately when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

This property is perfect! The location is great, on the beach and near all restaurants and shops! Such a cute, clean, comfy, updated interior. We’ll definitely rent it again.

A great getaway

Clean well maintained unit, right on the beach and close to restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. Beautiful beach, great communications with the property management team.

This was great. Location is amazing. We loved the beach being steps away, but also spent time at mantanza nearby and saw wildlife like manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, hermit crabs and more. House is nice, spacious, and comfortable. Tons of fun stuff for the kids, and loved that there were toys/puzzles/dishes, and even other kid things like a spare stroller that just made life easier. Also this is the first place we've rented that actually had more than 1 roll of tp and 1 spare trashbag! Host even accomodated a unique me problem that she didn't have to assist with at all. Would definitely rent again.

Unfortunately, this stay the heated pool was not active. Which was one of the primary reasons that we had requested this place. I’ve been in contact with property management.

Family Summer Vacation

Great location. Enjoyed the updated condo. The beach was a great family beach. Made it nice to have 2 pools. Had no problems at all with stay.

Great Location

Communication with the owner was excellent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property and its location right on the beach. We would definitely come back!

Host was very welcoming. Plenty of information was sent prior to check in. The condo had everything we could’ve needed. The location was perfect. The view was amazing. It was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy, with easy access to the main road. Very clean condo with comfortable amenities. Really anything we needed was there.
