You'll want to get up early to watch the sunrise and dolphins playing in this spacious, airy, corner unit at Dolphin Point. The larger balcony includes a guest use closet and offers a magnificent 6th floor wraparound view of beautiful Destin harbor.

This comfortable, 2 bedroom (3 beds), 2 bath condo features a fully stocked kitchen with a new full-size refrigerator. Both bedrooms have cable HDTV's and plenty of closet storage. Watch the fish swimming in the harbor through the floor to ceiling windows or relax on the comfortable couches watching the new, smart HDTV with cable.

Our location on Holiday Isle offers the best of harborside amenities with only a short stroll to private, gated access to a much less crowded area of Destin beach. Other complex amenities include a tennis/pickleball court, heated pool overlooking the harbor, gas grills, and a washer and dryer on the 5th floor. Call the water taxi to pick you up right at our dock for a leisure cruise down to the HarborWalk Village or one of many excellent restaurants. Our location is also very close to grocery stores, shopping, and Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park.

Family Vacation

Had a great time staying at the complex with my wife and 3 sons. Close walk to the beach, swimming pool right across the parking lot. Utilized the water taxi to shuttle us to the boardwalk, enjoyed Dewey Destin's restaurant, had a great time fishing with Jeremy at Backcountry Outfitters 850-654-5566, put us on fish all day.

Very nice

The Condo was very nice, the only thing was the main bathroom tub, the water was black when you first turn on the water. You then had to scrub the black off the tub.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Dolphin Point. The condo was clean and spacious. The only complaint was the horrible gunk that came out of the master bathtub faucet that made the tub unusable. Management responded to us quickly, but the tub had such a horrible residue in it that we could not use it at all. We are returning for New Year's Eve and hope that all is resolved by then.

Awesome location!

We loved the condo and the spectacular view of the harbor was a treat. It was a vacation for the books! The property was modern and clean, the beds were comfortable and the walk to the (private access)beach was short. We will definitely be staying again!

Family Vacation

We were really excited to stay at the property. The photos presented looked beautiful & it was stated that it was newly remodeled. To start w some pros: the views from the balcony are beautiful! We even got to see fireworks on Thursday night. The walk to the beautiful beach is easy. The bedrooms are a nice size as well as the living room. Parking was very easy! Cons: the condo was not clean (at all)! The kitchen was so gross. When I woke up to cook breakfast I had to end up cleaning the whole kitchen. It was filthy. The sink stunk and there were gnats everywhere. The bathrooms were disgusting. They had dirty swimsuits hanging in the bathroom, hair all over, and the tubs were dirty and not rinsed properly of the cleaning powder they attempted to use. A huge toilet plunger with dried toilet paper was sitting on the side of the toilet. The overall condo was so dusty and needed a big deep clean. The mirrors had kiss marks on them (I guess from previous tenants). The beds have potential. They use padding to prevent damage to the mattresses if any sort of liquid goes through. The issue is, there's one crunchy/itchy sheet on top of that so it's very uncomfortable. I understand protecting the mattress but you also need to add some sort of padding on top to make it comfortable. The overall cleanliness was disappointing. I should not have had to go by cleaning products to clean when I and others pay cleaning fees. I contacted the agent and was told I could have let them know so the housekeeper could go back. When you have to check in as late as 4 pm and have been traveling all day. the last thing you want is someone in the room invading your privacy and prolonging your trip even more. That's why we have to wait until 4 to check in, right? The refrigerator does not cool that well and you can't adjust the temperature bc the display panel is out on the refrigerator to be able to read anything. The freezer also only produced 2 cups of ice while we were there. As far as remodeling, it's not, paint was slapped to cover up walls that prob should be ripped down, and everything is dated. If you are over 5'7" be prepared for a very uncomfortable shower. The ceilings are low. I could go on! Be prepared to bring anything you may need. It's not equipped with much but some towels in the bathrooms and 2 drying towels in the kitchen. I had to go to Walmart and buy everything. I've stayed in several condos and homes and this is the first that has been a big letdown.
