Dolphin Point 402C is a spacious, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with stunning views of the Harbor and Gulf. Located just 2 blocks from the beautiful white sandy beach, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a King bed, 2 Doubles, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the serene Harbor views from your private balcony, and take advantage of the building's amenities, including a large community pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. Dolphin Point 402C is situated in an elevator building on Holiday Isle, offering easy access to the beach, nearby shopping, and delicious restaurants. The condo is also close to Big Kahunas Water Park, the marina, and several amusement attractions, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Dolphin Point is a beautiful complex offering both relaxation and adventure with its variety of amenities. The complex features a large community pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. Great location

We had a great view and the location was excellent. We were a short walk to the beach and all the amenities of town were close by including eateries and grocery stores.

Great spot in Destin!

This was a great place to stay in Destin! Beautiful view of the harbor, close to the beach, and close to bars/restaurants. Everything that was needed for a pleasant stay was provided and the host was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Destin.

My booking was changed due to AC unit being removed. We were placed in a different unit but my booking never got updated on the 3rd party. There is construction everywhere. Cords running down the walkways, Balconies closed off and barriers all around. There is also inly 1 washer and dryer for the entire building!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry your stay at Dolphin Point 402C was disrupted. I apologize for the last‑minute unit change after the AC unit was removed and that the reservation details weren’t updated on the third‑party site — that should not have happened. We’ve reviewed our handling of this reservation and are working with our booking partner to improve how changes are communicated and recorded. I’m also very sorry for the construction impacts and safety concerns you described (cords in walkways, closed balconies, barriers). Those conditions are unacceptable for guests, and we’ve escalated this with the property owner and contractors so walkways and balconies are secured, cords are managed, and signage/controls are improved. Regarding the single washer/dryer, I understand how inconvenient that was. We’ve raised this with ownership to explore options and to make sure appliance availability is clearly stated in the listing. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention — your feedback helps us make immediate fixes and prevent similar problems for future guests.

Great Location

This location was very central to lots of activities and also included private access to the gulf. The pool area was also nice and well kept. The condo itself was beautiful and the perfect size for myself and my 2 daughters. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

My husband and I brought our kids to Destin for a mini vacation. Everything was perfect the staff was very responsive. The only thing that needs to be done is the floor needs to be cleaned. Other than that everything was top tier and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Upkeep

The listing bends the truth about view of harbor. Unit needs TLC. Paint and furniture. Master bed very comfortable. Guest room very noisy with walkway right outside window.

This vacation home is amazing!!! The harbor is right in front of the balcony. The only thing bending here is if you're trying catch Santa in the Christmas Boat parade. I do hope you give us another chance at the 5-Star vacation you deserve!!! Have a great day!

Pleasant

There was blood stain on living room pull-out couch cushion. When trying to cook meal for family there were some dirty dishes in cabinet. Coffee pot only worked half the time...it kept overflowing on counter! On good side, neighborhood was pleasant. Great location and pool and pool area was kept nice and clean.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful, but the overall cleanliness of the unit could have been a bit better. The floors were a bit dirty, the furniture was dusty, and coffee grounds and old coffee from the previous tenants had been left in the coffee pot. (Gross) We had to call to get parking passes as they had not been left in the unit as promised. Other than that, we had an amazing time and will happily come back!

Girls Trip

Our trip to see family was a good one. The condo was just right for the 4 of us. It was clean and bright. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the water. The chairs do need a little TLC.

Loved the location

The location was nice, not directly on the beach which I like. The pool area was very large so we didn’t have to worry about over crowding. Our unit was clean and looked very new.

The overall stay was nice, the condo needs attention more updates, better attention to cleaning, patio furniture is old and worn needs to be updated. The pictures on the website don’t tell the truth about the condo itself . Gail on the property was wonderful.

Happy but not happy..

The room itself was very nice. The patio furniture was 😖 awful.. The code to the pool didn't work we was locked in for atleast 40 minutes it was night and it was cold this made this very upset.. The beach is quiet a ways from the condo they need rental golf carts like the other condos .

This was our 1st time in Florida and our 1st time renting a condo. We enjoyed our stay at your rental. We were able to use some of the free complimentary experiences and enjoyed the pool and access to beach. Would love to do it again.
