The building has three elevators, and unfortunately, one was temporarily out of service for several days. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen had supplies so we were able to cook and eat in. Rooms were clean. Communication was wonderful. The building is constructed so that the hallways you take from elevator to get to your room are very curvy, so that was a bit difficult to navigate with luggage and kids. There is an elevator right by this unit so that world solve this issue, but it was not functioning during our stay. Apparently you can keep pets at this building, so I sometimes heard neighboring dogs bark but I would say it was rare. Honestly I believe the noise was pretty minimal. Overall I would stay again.

Beautiful views from balcony. You look directly at the white sand beach and turquoise waters. The sunset was gorgeous from the balcony during our December stay.

Beautiful, comfortable condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about staying here! It was so clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and check in and check out was easy. The heated pool was very nice and we loved getting chairs and an umbrella daily as well! We would definitely stay again.

Cond goo, traffic bad

Condo was extremely clean and well decorated. Beach view was incredible. Due to construction on miracle strip bridge, traffic was bad on Santa Rosa and Miracle Strip Blvd, but it would not prevent me from staying at the condo again.

It is a sweet getaway.

Quaint condo with fantastic ocean views. It is right next to the elevator and was noisy at times as other guests went by. Tile in the bathrooms could be updated but overall it was very clean.
