It boasts an entire wall of windows and glass doors that lead to a wraparound balcony. The balcony is fully furnished, featuring a wooden dining table, outdoor couches and chairs, and a grill. The modern living area includes a chic sectional and two accent chairs, which face a floating entertainment center and TV. A dedicated work desk sits on one side of the living area, while two bucket chairs and a round table make up an intimate seating ensemble on the other side. The kitchen and dining area are characterized by a contemporary style. The hardwood dining table is flanked by bench seating and two chairs. White stools provide extra seating at the adjacent kitchen island. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes sleek black cabinetry, a patterned backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, a wet bar, and quartz countertops.

A bonus living room is located on the first floor. The room has a white wraparound couch beside a set of windows overlooking the property’s pool. Two bucket chairs and a square cocktail table complete the seating arrangement. The setup faces a black credenza and a wall-mounted TV. A game table with four chairs sits nearby. The room opens onto a sunny deck with lounge chairs perfect for relaxing by the pool, sipping cocktails, and soaking up the sun. Guests will also love the three-hole mini-golf course.

Four cozy bedrooms spread throughout both levels of the home. The first floor includes a king-size bed and twin day bed separated from the living room by a floor-to-ceiling drapery. A guest bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds, a flatscreen TV, and direct access to the putt-putt green. Upstairs, you will find the master suite, which features a king-size bed, leather headboard, work desk, reading area, and a connected sitting area with two overstuffed armchairs. The room has a private bathroom with dual vanities, a glass-walled shower, and a soaking tub. One guest bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed.
