This is a spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second room offers two twin beds. Keyless entry.

One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, commercial vehicles, parties, visitors or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.

Excellent property

This property is a short 20-30 minutes from historic Charleston. We found the drive to be a reasonable trade off for the lower cost and high quality of this property. The host was very friendly and quickly responded to all questions. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Writer’s weekend

My daughter and I met my friend to work on our books. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Access was easy and parking was close.

Weekend Getaway

The house was very clean and in a nice area. It had everything my family needed. The location was perfect and close to my daughter’s college. A great place for our weekend family vacation.

Great Charleston Location

This location had everything you could ask for...close to the city, local businesses nearby and wonderful host. We would definitely book here for our next trip.

A Great Holiday Stay!

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and everything was great. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy for touring around Charleston. We would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

We came for the Charleston Open. This was in close proximity to all of the restaurants we wanted to try and it was easy to get to the tournament everyday.

Lovely Condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, clean, and the host was quick to reply to our questions. We cooked our meals while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice patio in the back. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we make it back to Charleston.

Send off to the Citadel

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful condo as we were dropping my grandson off for his first year at the Citadel. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was remarkable. We would stay here again for future visits.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was super clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had great family time putting puzzles together and playing games. The property is close to stores and restaurants but is in a quiet area.

Great Stay for Family

The communication from the host was great! We stayed here with our 2 grown daughters while we were in town for a wedding. Having 2 full bathrooms was perfect for our family. We appreciated being allowed to check in a couple of hours early to change for the wedding. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated the little extras like the bottles of water and coffee/tea station. The beds were comfortable as well. The condo is in a neighborhood with easy access to the major highways. We also enjoyed a day at Folly Beach which was about 30 away.

Beach Vacation

I recently stayed at this condo and it was amazing. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every one. Communication was fast with the property manager. I definitely recommend this place if you want to not stay in Charleston but still want to be close by. The teen beds were a little uncomfortable but the queen bed was so comfortable. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again if I need another beach get away.
