Escape to a quieter community at the end of the day in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath spacious home with 9 foot ceilings nestled in an old established neighborhood. Relax on the 10 foot wide private porch overlooking live oaks. Enjoy the friendly sense of community as you stroll through the historic district to step back in time. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Summerville now boasts a rich culinary scene with great local restaurants. The home is well appointed with beautiful furniture throughout. There are large living areas that make it easy to spread out. There are 2 TV's in the home. One in the sunroom and another in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and also includes a gas stove. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom is upstairs. The primary bedroom has a four poster bed which is higher off the ground than regular beds, but there is a footstool available if needed. There is room for 2 cars in the back of the house and 1 in the front. Less than 5 minute walk to azalea park with tennis and pickleball courts nearby. Only one block away from Flowertown Festival Food and Rides held in the Spring. Owners live nearby so very available to help with anything you need.

We were very pleased with the home. It was clean had lovely furniture. Everything we needed or wanted was there and our hosts were great. They checked in with us to make sure all was well. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home for the weekend while visiting our son and his family. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I recommend taking your coffee or tea on the porch in the morning to enjoy the beautiful trees. We walked 10 minutes to Saul Alexander Park to play with our grandchild and then walked to Talucci’s Italian Bakery downtown for treats. A wonderful location, home and host.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The home was clean and had everything we needed. A very quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby. The host was very professional and made sure all our needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Charleston. Thank you Jane for everything.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Spotlessly clean,and offered plenty of space for our family of six to relax and enjoy. On top of that the host Jane was extremely communicative, making our whole experience smooth from start to finish

I was there for the weekend with family for a wedding. It was very convenient to the park and restaurants. The house was clean and beds cozy. In the kitchen, we didn't cook but the Keurig machine worked great!! I drive a big truck, The driveway was tight getting in and out but the small car had no issue.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean place. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking. Located in a quiet historic neighborhood. We enjoyed taking walks and seeing all of the beautiful homes. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Summerville, house was very convenient to the historic town center, we walked into town a few times a day. Exactly what we were looking for. And the homeowners were great to work with.

A beautiful cottage with all the comforts of home. We loved it and the surrounding neighborhood. A wonderfully quiet and peaceful place to stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. Our daily walks were amazing, so much beauty and history.

Charming historic home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved playing games on the porch, walking to the park and eating at the nearby restaurants. We were in town to visit family and this was the perfect relaxing setting for us to connect. We were comfortable and had plenty of space.

Jane was very accommodating and even offered an early check-in and a high chair for our use. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is quiet but close to everything at the same time. The home is very well decorated and comfortable. If staying in Summerville, this is a great place.

We rented this historic home and were so impressed with how clean, charming, and well-maintained it was. The space was roomy, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities of home. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely, very well appointed home. It was well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The feel was that of a luxury, historic home. Beautifully decorated, luxury accessories, towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The cooking pans were so nice that I ordered a set while I was there. Everything was wonderful. The host communicated perfectly, and even helped us find an item that my daughter had left behind. Probably the best VRBO I have stayed at. And I've stayed at many. Would gleefully stay again!
