Very clean and well kept condo near The Grand Traverse Resort. This 2Bedroom/2Bathroom condo has all the essentials that you need to enjoy a vacation near Traverse City. In unit laundry and a full kitchen make this an excellent destination spot to call your own for a few days. Equipped with three smart TV's so you can enjoy all your favorite streaming services during your stay here.

Family get away

Property was very clean and neat, just wish there was more than one air conditioner as it got a bit stuffy in the bedrooms at night. Overall a nice place to stay for the 4 of us.

Weekend Away

Cute condo, nice patio and short drive to downtown. Clean condo, good assortment of kitchen items and bathroom fully stocked.Bathrooms need updating, but are clean. To small for 6ft people. Loved our stay

Excellent little condo

This condo is in a perfect location, especialy for those having events near Acme, Williamsburg or Elk Rapids. Very quiet end unit. Communication was excellent. Very clean with nice furniture and comfortable beds.

Exactly what we were looking for

The condo was clean and provided everything we needed during our 2 week stay. Communication was excellent. Short drive to the horse show which was perfect!

Amazing Stay

When you walked in you could tell it was clean and the pictures did not do it justice. It was way more beautiful in person. The outside patio’s were super nice to sit and read. The view of nature was beautiful.

Condition

Overall, the property was nice. The master bathroom shower was very small. A larger person would have a tough time using it. Would have been nice to have a rug or boot tray inside the door. We had melting snow and salt all over the hallway. Made for quite a mess.

This condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a 3 day stay in TC. I love that this property has a garage, perfect for 1 car. Short walk to downtown!

Clean Stay

The condo was as described in the listing. The check-in was easy and there was no check out process other than to leave. In reading the reviews of others I could tell the host paid attention and made some upgrades using the suggestions.

Nice place.

Over all this was a nice place to stay, it was clean, the kitchen had the necessary utensils to cook with. The location was great for what we like to do. But it is noisy from the traffic. It is right next to the highway but turning on the fan helped.

Comfortable Stay

The property is as presented, though a little dated. It would have been helpful to know that access to one shower requires to climb over the tub. Shower #2 is quite small-no bending or turning. Property could use some drywall repair where door knobs have pushed thru

Stayed here for Iceman, much easier than the local hotels. Also nice to have a kitchen. The pots and pans were beat up a bit.

Love the close proximity to the area we want to be in

We like the condo, but was disappointed with the one shade not working. It should have been replaced before renting.

Thanksgiving w/ Family

We enjoyed our brief stay at Riley's condo and found everything to be just as described. My guys were only sad that the weather was too brisk to enjoy a round of golf as the property is located on the backside of the a beautiful course; however, we enjoyed walking the course for some exercise. The condo provided most of all we needed to prepare our meals and was comfortable for our time visiting together. A blender and hand mixer would be a nice addition to the kitchen. The location was convenient and the condo was very clean and quiet.

Great Location

The location of this condo was great and easy to get to for everything we needed to do. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. As others have siad the one bathroom shower is very tiny. They were not kidding. You can hardly turn around in it. But as long as you are aware ahead of time it worked fine. Condo was a little dusty in places. You could see where someone had done a quick wipe to make it look good, but if sun hit just right you could definetly tell it had been missed. Mattress on beds could be replaced as the one seems to have a "hole" in it. As in you lay on it and you will roll to the middle. Overall, it was a great place and I would recommned to anyone.

Weekend away

Overall a decent stay commication with property manager was great. The first night if it would of been any hotter, we would have melted. A small window unit is situated in the living room at the rear of the condo, towards the front the two bedrooms with limited airflow. Property could use some more robust pest control services, quite a few spiders. Lastly the morning of check out roughly 8:50am we were greeted in the kitchen by the cleaning ladies no knock, shocked us both, ready to clean and rip the heat.

over looking dust

no air conditioning in bedrooms just 1 unit in living room so we found some fans in a bedroom closet. took fans out and they were white because of so much dust. we had to take fans outside and clean with a broom. it got most of it clean. I have allergies to dust so we had to clean them our selves in order to stay there. there was also a hair tie on floor in one bedroom and a sock on floor in other bedroom. perhaps cleaning too fast when vaccuming. used fans to draw cool air in hallway towards bedrooms
