My daughter showed at WEF and this property was close and so conveniently located. It was well stocked and clean would stay again!

Check in/out was super easy, condo was clean and Riley was quick on answering any questions! The sunset view from the side patio was beautiful. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

First impression was good, a neat comfortable apartment for a family of four, equipped with everything we could have needed. It does have a certain smell when you first walk in, (because of too much humidity). We realized after we got there that there is no central AC, only one wall unit in the living room. On a closer look, we noticed that it needed a deep cleaning. Starting from the kitchen, moving to the bathrooms and then the patio, these areas were dirty.Kitchen cabinets have a musty smell and the utensils drawers had crumbs, dust and even hair in some of them. Later I noticed an even, white layer of MOLD on the doors from the sink cabinet. Dinning room table was dusty and had a lot of crumbs under the decorative runner.In the bathrooms, cabinets had the same musty smell and mold on the doors. The grout between the tiles was black compared to its original cream color and the bathtub was disgusting. It had pink mold on the shower curtain, around the drain and hair and dirt collected in the drain. The patio needed a good cleaning too, table, chairs and the floor where covered with dust, leaves, straw and spider webs in the corners.

Very comfortable!

This condo was very comfortable for the three of us! Everything was very clean and the view was so pretty. Thanks for leaving us coffee! We would go back here for sure!

Ideal Spot for the Horse Show!

Property was clean, functional and ideally located for the horse show. Beds and couch were very comfortable and the onsite laundry was a welcome convenience giving the changing weather we had during our stay. The location provides lovely views and is perfectly situated by the show, grocery store and good restaurant. Would absolutely recommend!

We loved everything about this property however, most of the lights did not work and we found mouse droppings in the bathroom. Other than those issues we really enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

Convenient location for conference at Grand Traverse Resort

Older condo complex that was being resided. Caused us to tiptoe through the construction materials to get to the entrance. A heads up to this would have been appreciated. Had to close drapes due to construction workers wandering around outside (including on the patio to unplug an extension cord). Interior of condo was fine. Bed was comfortable. Location was good for convention at GTR.

Construction

Summary of the unit was a little misleading. Said it had air conditioning but 1 wall unit in the living room is not A/C for the whole unit. Didn’t even have fans in bedrooms. The whole unit had a damp humid feel. Ongoing construction to the outside of the unit. Wish he had been warned. Knock on door to ask if they could replace the front door was weird. Management company claimed construction was complete but that wasn’t true. Front porch had old siding & back porch had zero siding.

Hello LeighAnn, we were told by the management company of the building that the construction was complete. So we definitely thought it was and had no communication from them otherwise. We are very sorry for any inconvenienced that cause.
