Make yourself at home and relax at this completely renovated and newly furnished studio condo located at Grand Traverse Resort’s beach club “The Shores." New Westin Heavenly bed purchased in 2022. All new 100% bamboo sheets and new towels. Toiletries, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent and soften are cruelty free and as environmentally friendly as possible. Only 7 miles from downtown Traverse City and close to everything the area has to offer. All of this yet once you arrive you feel far away from the hustle and bustle and have peace and tranquillity on the grounds. This condo is waterfront as it’s located in the building closest to the water and is also considered beachfront! Being on the third floor it still offers some privacy as you’re far enough away from the beach goers and people walking past.
Located on East Grand Traverse Bay, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, this suite is a water and beach lover’s dream. Jet ski, paddle board and boat rentals are on site and available to rent through Blue Sky Rentals.
Three world-class championship golf courses are less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort.
40 miles away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, named by Good Morning America as "The Most Beautiful Place in America" in 2011.
Less than 10 miles from downtown Traverse City, named the #1 thing to do by TripAdvisor.

Both my husband and I grew up near Grand Rapids, MI where we currently live. If we could we would live in Traverse City now but my husband works at a hospital in Grand Rapids and enjoys what he does so we just visit the area as often as we can!
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We bought this suite along with the one next door because we have a condo in the same complex and just one floor down from these. We love the location and the view so much we decided to buy another! We both love northern Michigan especially the Traverse City area and have been coming here for years. We plan to retire in the area. In the meantime, we enjoy down time at our beautiful condo on the East Bay. When we can't be at the condo we like to have others enjoy it.

We fell in love with the area because how beautiful the area is. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Torch Lake, Mission Point and so many other beautiful things to see and enjoy! What kept us coming back is amidst all the beauty are wonderful welcoming people.
