Classy private guest suite adjacent to home. Quiet neighborhood with close access to I-80/ski slopes. 5 min to Sugarhouse/10 min to downtown/20-30 min to great skiing/hiking.

Upstairs private entrance, 3/4 bathroom, kitchenette (excluding over/dishwasher), high end bedding, private driveway spot. The apartment is located above the garage of the main house in our super safe, charming neighborhood.

This charming room is a gem in Salt Lake City! Affordable and well-located, it is the center of activity. The host was easy to talk to, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. If I ever visit the city again, this is where I will stay!

Perfect place to stay for a week. Easy and private access, quiet inside even when construction was going on outside, comfortable and spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning kept it cool even in a 110 degree heat wave. Would absolutely recommend to others.

We are avid travelers. We enjoy staying at nice, clean, and comfortable places. We have a young daughter and two small extremely friendly dogs (Honey) and (Buddy) on site. We've designed our unit to be a place we would want to stay in. Our motto is if we wouldn't stay there, we wouldn't want anyone else to either.

This property is attached to our home above our garage. We had the extra space and thought why not? We've been fortunate enough to have a great house and space and we've really enjoying having short term rentals. While we give everyone their space, we have met some really great people.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our place is designed for you to rest easy and have a great place that is close to downtown and the slopes, but is in a quiet wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately, downtown and other areas have some challenging elements (i.e. noise and homelessness), but here you don't have to worry about any of that at night and you can feel secure with your car and belongings.
