Wonderful location with incredible screened porch to talk and be with family and feel ocean breezes. Rustic beach house with charm. Rooms clean. It may be helpful to others to add more description about the downstairs part of the house. The upgrades to kitchen and baths nice to have. There was an issue with wifi but hosts quickly responded and worked to have it corrected. The sundeck at the beach was wonderful for watching fireworks and sunrise/sunset! We will come back!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful house and the hosts! The house and location were ideal. The house and the atmosphere provided the perfect stay for me, my daughter and her bridesmaids. The sunrises were beautiful . I / we lived everything about our stay here. We definitely will becoming back! Thank you again to the wonderful host!

The location of this home is perfect. Beautiful, quiet beach even at the end of June. Just know that you are renting a very old home. We didn't feel the downstairs portion of the home was usable. The owner did respond to our concerns.I would recommend only counting on a King size bedroom, queen bedroom, and 2 twins- these are on the main floor. Furniture in the living room is in disrepair and not comfortable. Kitchen is well-stocked and dining room is nice for family meals. The best part of the home by far is the screened in porch with hammock.

Hidden gem on IOP

Unconventional layout but perfect for our 2 families to share. Great location with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and the house had everything we needed for the week.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out. The covered porch was perfect to enjoy the view on the rainy days and we loved the easy beach access. We found everything we could need in the kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and a cooler! We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic access to the beach

Great trip with my wife and 3 small children. Everything we needed to feel at home while also having amazing access to the beach. Would and will go back!

Great place to enjoy the beach and town.

The host was very communicative even when there was an issue with the AC, the host had someone out to fix it right away. The house is a great location to enjoy the beach and the restaurants and bars nearby.

Great stay!

Property is exactly as described. Very clean and access to the beach was incredible! Stocked with plenty of beach chairs for the whole group. Devon was very responsive to questions. Would stay again!

Family vacation

Our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The oceanfront views were spectacular, and the house location is terrific. My family particularly enjoyed hanging out on the porch overlooking the ocean/beach and my kids consistently fought over who would get the hammock. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was truly a cozy home away from home.

Very comfortable, plenty of room for all. The porch was a great success with everyone. And the private beach was wonderful. We all had a great time.
