The River Rock Resort home was inviting, well stocked with the essentials, had a wonderful hot tub, and a beautiful setting inside and out. Great for a family getaway or gathering of friends. Would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was peaceful, right next to the river, and just a short drive from Salida, making it a great home base for exploring the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the property was quiet and relaxing. It suited our needs for a one-night stay.

Home is clean and has plenty of kitchen supplies for good meals! We appreciated the space to spread out and our favorite was hanging out on the deck and enjoying the scenery and breezes. Is it a short walk down to the river.

Overall great property. Very clean and well kept. Could use better outdoor lighting for the hot tub and back patio. Fishing holes were very limited. Yes, it has river access just no good fishing holes. Although we were able to catch a few small trout. All good fishing holes are on neighboring private land. All in, we had a great time.

We are a family of 4 (2 older teens) and stayed here for the location. It was very lovely to sit and enjoy the river, very quiet snd nice area. We were 20minutes from Salida to visit the town for restaurants and shopping, but also close to hiking/biking areas and by the river. We appreciated the full kitchen cooking supplies, outdoor bbq, coffee supplies and nice soaps/lotions in the bathrooms. Bedding and towels were nice and soft! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again when staying by Salida. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was very nice and the A/C swamp cooler worked great. The stairs down to the river were steep and the handrail doesn't go all the way down."1,000 feet of private river bank" is almost entirely over grown in Willows.There is about 50 feet of accessible bank.

The home had more amenities than most. The hot tub was perfectly clean. The river access was amazing. Even caught a fish with a fishing pole provided (catch and release).

The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. It is an older home but very comfortable. We loved the location! River access and at the end of the road, so fairly private.
