It’s the perfect location. On the river and within walking distance to downtown. We loved our relaxing stay and had everything we needed. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful location with riverside sitting area. Hang out and play in the river. Walk to downtown and riverside park. Comfy beds and AC. Lots of parking. What could be better?

Great place, small and quaint. So close to the main drag. It is difficult to get to the river on the property for those who are older or less physically fit. Stairs, a smoother pathway, and handrail would be helpful. That's all I can suggest, and it's not a big deal.

Me and my group of girlfriends loved this riverside property for our recent trip to Salida! The beds were comfy, the central a/c was great, and we appreciated the abundance of towels, blankets, and pillows. Mostly, we loved the riverside seating area and enjoyed our coffee out there both mornings. The host was very responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope to stay there again on a future visit!

This is probably the cleanest one yet have ever stayed at! Great location on the river and within walking distance to all the businesses in the downtown area!

We enjoyed cooling off in the river and proximity to downtown Salida. Off street parking with trailers is a plus!

Fantastic location!

We loved this house right off downtown Salida. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, with beautiful Arkansas River right in the backyard! We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again.

Perfect river house!

This is our 3rd time renting this property, and we love it more each time we stay. The house is comfy, cozy and so clean... and the beach area along the river is so neat. We will definitely be returning!

Great Property

My friends and I loved this house! It is clean, and its location and convenience to downtown Salida are top notch. The back yard and its river access were our favorite features. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect and cozy

We stayed at this property over Christmas to relax and enjoy the Holiday. This property was a perfect place to retreat. Great view of the mountain by the river and easy access to park and downtown. Holly was very accommodating. Such a great place to stay!

Absolutely top notch from booking to checkout! Communication was great, superb location, easy access, clean as a pin, neatly appointed & well furnished...all needs provided...far exceeded expectations! Perfect location! The home had a well equipped kitchen although we only used the toaster. Why cook when you are so close to restaurants? I appreciated having plenty of bath towels and beach towels. When we arrived the house was nice and cool. Check in and out was super easy. I would rent again if in the area.
