We are Sean and Lexi and we look forward to hosting you on your next stay in town! This apartment is the 2nd unit of our historic home/duplex. Located in the heart of the St. Vincents Historic District, our comfortable 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your trip to Vallejo and the greater Bay Area.

LIVING ROOM
Upon entering the unit you will find a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it be work or play. The living room is equipped with a 55 Smart TV to stream your favorite show or movie (BYOP). The couch pulls out to become a second queen-sized bed. WIFI provided.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay feel like home:
- All necessary plates, cups, pots, and pans.
- New appliances (No dishwasher)
- Coffee Maker
- Complimentary coffee and tea

BATHROOM
- You will be provided with:
- Fresh towels

Awake refreshed and ready for another day of exploration with a hybrid foam and spring, queen sized mattress.

FRONT PATIO
Sit outside on the front deck at the picnic table and enjoy the incredible California climate. Or use the outdoor front patio furniture in the yard to sip a glass of wine while admiring the stained glass of the stunning St. Vincent's Church across the street.

* This home is recessed from the street and will require you to walk up 4 steps to the yard and 3 steps to get on the front porch/deck.

* Street Parking only.

- Guests will have the entirety of Unit-B at their disposal as well as the front deck/porch and yard.

- Keyless door entry means you can come and go as you please in private. Each guest will be provided their own unique access code.

- There is plenty of free street parking in front or very close to entrance.

Comfortable and clean!

Highly recommend staying here if you have a reason to stay in Vallejo! It's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. We liked that it's set back from the street, quiet, and in the mornings, enjoyed seeing and hearing adorable birds at the neighbor's feeders. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and easy access to freeways as well. Communication with the hosts was great!

Amazing Napa Experience

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location is within walking distance of many great places to explore and eat as well as access to the ferry. The home was spotless, welcoming and had every amenity needed for an amazing Napa experience! Many thanks to the awesome hosts! My sister and I hope to return soon!

Fabulous spot for sweet retreat

Wonderful, clean, new furnishings and fabulous communication from owners gave a shine to the whole visit. It's a perfect spot to get away to, and have private retreat time. Nearby are cafes and shops to visit, but the spot is also cozy enough to hang out in and forget the outside world exists. Heartily recommend!

Great stay in Vallejo

We had such a great stay and Sean and Lexi were fab hosts! We arrived late and they made the place so cozy and welcoming. Very responsive to all questions and so helpful suggesting places to visit. The apartment has a great layout and was clean and comfy. Thanks Sean and Lexi for a wonderful place to stay.

Hello, My name is Sean and my partner’s name is Lexi. We were both born and raised in the California Bay Area. Together we have visited 8 countries and have plans to visit a few more this coming year. We love immersing ourselves in new cultures, people, & food!

You may run into one of us during your stay as the other unit is currently our primary residence. Feel free to say hi or nothing at all :) We respect our guests privacy and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Cheers!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Vallejo is centrally located about 20 miles from Napa and Sonoma wine country and about 30 miles to downtown San Francisco. The Sierras Nevada mountains are a few hours by car.

This is an idea location to make as a base camp to visit the bay the whole bay area.
