Unwind in the main living room with powered recliners and a wood-burning fireplace, or head down to the walkout level for games of pool on the vintage Valley pool table, movie nights on the 65" smart TV, or classic arcade fun with the multi-cade machine. Optional Pontoon Rental

A 25-foot pontoon with a 115-horsepower motor and capacity for up to 18 people is available to rent separately from the home. The full-week rental is $1,500. Daily rentals may also be available for $250 per day with a two-day minimum; contact us before booking to confirm availability. The boat remains at the property, so no delivery or setup is required. Before use, the renter must complete a DocuSign insurance waiver and review the operating and safety video. After authorization, the keys remain in the ignition for convenient guest access.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet, per stay. Please include pets with your reservation so the fee and house rules are applied correctly.
