Very happy with the cabin. Perfect location. Loved having access to kayak, and spoiled by access to pontoon. Loved the fire pit.

Lovely place to stay

Enjoyed the cottage,a lot better than staying in hotels. Cottage was adorable and cozy,Waupaca is a great place to visit

Classic Cabin on Otter Lake

This is a lovely sturdy comfortable cabin with everything you need. Direct access to Otter Lake and pontoon boat rental. Such a beautiful spot!

Beautiful spot on Otter Lake

This is a spacious clean charming house in a beautiful spot on Otter Lake. Everything inside is nicely done, everything you need and plenty of beds. Nice open outdoor space and dock/boats.

Awesome stay

Our family enjoyed our stay-The cottage was clean, comfortable and in an ideal location. It was very convenient having the boat right there at the dock. The owners went above and beyond to assure our stay was nothing but perfect. You can't lose spending your vacation here! We will be back!

Golf getaway

We had a great time and found our host to be very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make the stay a great experience for us. We would definitely like to book another trip with him.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature

Even though the cabin was in a waterfront residential area, it was extremely peaceful. Beautiful yard and the location is a perfect starting point for whereever you want to go. Jim was kind and very helpful in answering any questions I had.

Wonderful Cabin, Peaceful Setting

A spur of the moment trip led us to this sweet little cabin! The view in the fall was lovely, the cabin was exactly what we needed and the fireplace was the highlight of our trip! This cabin is close to all the fun, but nestled on a quiet road overlooking Otter Lake. Couldn't have asked for a better spot! We'll definitely be back!

Ice fishing

Property was clean and ready for our arrival. Access was simple and easy. Communication a breeze. Easy walk down the yard for lake access, and fishing was good. Great location! Interested in return trip.

Amazing Stay

Cute property on a secluded lake that ajoins with many larger multi sport fun lakes! Jim's place is clean, cozy and 5 minutes from anything you could need. (Starbucks..lol) Great BBQ and a bait shop. Jim was cordial and was very accomidating. Will be back again! Ps. The pontoon is perfect and reals seats were comfortable, especially the captain's seat!

Bucket list vacation

Was just beautiful. Centrally located between all our family and friends. Jim was very accommodating to our schedule, which changed a few times in the planning stage. Boat rides on the chain were splendid. Overall, excellent visit. No complaints. Hope to come back next year! Love spending time with family but not being a nuisance in their homes!

Otter lake llc

House was bigger then expected. Host was always available for questions. We had 15 people and we're comfortable in the 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom. Price was very reasonable. Only negative could use some updates in and out of the house. Beautiful area!

A place for family to stay

I rented this home for my oldest daughter, son-in-law, their 3 kids(4 months, almost 2 and 3 1/2 year old), my youngest daughter and her boyfriend New Years weekend. We were all in town to celebrate Christmas with my mother. This place worked out perfectly. It made it much easier with having the the little ones there than at a hotel room. The little bit of a negative is the 10:00 am check out time. It was tough getting everything done and packed up with the baby and two energetic toddlers to check out by ten. Would definitely rent this place again.

Exactly the cottage we were looking for.

The rental was exactly what we were looking for. The charm of a real Waupaca Chain O' Lakes cottage, beautiful back yard and Otter Lake frontage. Jim was very helpful and made the check in very easy. We look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful time here. It had everything we needed. The fall colors were beautiful and it was a peaceful and relaxing stay in this clean cottage. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

Relaxing time with family. Everything was clean. Enjoyed campfire which worked good with seasoned wood suppled. Had rain on our last day so enjoyed the peace with family.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and well kept. The large backyard was great for the young children, as was having bedrooms and everything on one level. The pontoon and water access was even better then we expected.
