The cottage is just steps away from Sylvan Lake in Rome City, IN. Sylvan Lake is a 700-acre all-sports lake, where you can enjoy jet skis, swimming, fishing, skiing or just boating around the 16 miles of shoreline.
Wake up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking the sparkling waters of Sylvan Lake. The cabin features a comfortable bedroom, a loft area, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. The cottage is situated just minutes from the new 8.5 mile Fishing Line Trail connecting Rome City, IN and Kendallville, IN, and is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer including cycling, hiking, and bird watching.
Offering 1 bedroom plus a loft, and 1 full bath, this rental home is loaded with extras inside and out. Spring, summer, and fall guests will enjoy water sports and area attractions like Sundaes on Sylvan, Sylvan Cellars Event Center, including the Craft Tasting Room. The cottage has its own dock access if you bring your own boat. Winter guests will love ice fishing and snowmobiling. If you feel like staying in, meal prep is easy in the excellently newly renovated kitchen.
