The Mansion, Charlotte NC Music Factory Bungalow is a music-inspired 4 bedroom, 3 bath single-family home completely renovated in 2019, just a 7-minute walk from the Music Factory. The home includes hardwood floors throughout, new custom high-end cabinets, appliances, & more. Furnished by West Elm™, the Master Bedroom features a queen bed & En-Suite bathroom with dual vanity. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bath. PLUS an attached Studio in back and large deck and fenced in yard!

PGA Championship

House fit 4 adult men comfortably. The property manager Tyler went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Conveniently located near Uptown Charlotte.

The property was not well maintained the light fixture outside on the front porch covered in leaves, which is a safety issue at night. All of the rugs in the house was filthy. They look like they hadn’t been washed in over a year stained. Holes in the door light fixture is broken. The furniture has stains on it.

The home was nice and clean. The host answered all of our questions quickly. Area was great. And the welcome bags were a cute touch. We would recommend.

She turned 40

My sister lives in Charlotte and wanted to celebraye her 40th birthday in the city. So, from Arkansas, Atlanta, and Texas we traveled. This was the perfect spot for our needs. Pictures are exact and rooms are spacious. No issues at all.

Great Place

This house is a great place to stay. The outside of the house was not cleaned at all. Upon arriving looking at how the outside was not cleaned I did not want to stay, however once I went inside I LOVED IT!!!! The refrigerator in the back room freezer door was broken and could not close all the way, also it did not get cold at all. Overall 8 out of 10 I will be staying again

Perfect cottage

The property was perfect for our stay! The fully fenced in yard was great for the pups. Location is 10/10! Music factory is a short walk from the house and there are so many things to do! We hope to be back for another concert in CLT!

Nice house!

This house is very nice and super clean. Communication with property manager was definitely top tier!! They were great the entire time. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. Close to city and getting there requires not even needing the highway!

Beautiful, updated home

Incredibly updated and beautiful home that was perfect for my visit with a group of friends! It looked like it was out of a magazine. Very spacious, a good location that was an easy ride to bars/restaurants as well as extremely attentive and accommodating hosts. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Could Not Access Upon Arrival

We travelled for a family death and funeral, but after going to the hospital immediately upon arrival, we did not arrive at the location until after midnight. We tried to contact the host when the keypad did not work, but did not hear back until later that morning, so had to find a motel in the middle of the night. Due to that problem and the circumstances, the host promised to refund our money, but he did not. I don’t wish to disparage the host, but we were terribly disappointed and inconvenienced. As a result, I only answered the questions to be able to submit this. I have a copy of our communications to verify all of this, including the host’s broken promise, if you wish to see them.

Great House

My friends and I stayed here before and it was good, so we were happy that it was available again. There were some minor maintenances that need to happen. There were some small holes, scratches throughout the house. But cleaned very well and conveniently located. We would stay again.

Up and Coming Neighborhood

The property was nice. The neighborhood was a mixed bag. Some houses nicely remolded and some not so much. The location was great. The large eye on the gas stove came off and we could not get it to go back on.

Pretty great stay

Front door lock has issues, and key pad not functioning. Record players and TV remotes inoperable. Some TV remotes also missing. Overall very nice and great location close to everything, but still residential neighborhood

This system alerts Mansion team members to potential issues that may cause neighbor complaints or lead to additional costs for our guests.
